I believe this was planned to be one match each week, but the idea of "Best of"s sounds a bit more interesting. I personally would like the idea of a Best of 3, but it ideally will be one team vs. another team ONLY for that week (and then rotating next week, and next). Makes reschedules easier.

We went through all possibilities from 10-30 mins to best of and so on. The Reason why we have it set for 10 min matches is A. Would be easier to re do a 10 min match then finding time to redo 3 matches where both teams agree on the times, B. Seeing how this is our first Season, we wanted something simple and easy, less confusion when it's just 1 match( you have to think the hosts are in a tell hell everytime they run an event, I didn't want some of the new hosts to get in over their head.), C. This is and 8 week seasion and were supposed to cram everyone in fighting everyone else, with only 8 days to do this. Right now just the people who have shown interest shows that we have close to 10 teams that could be formed. With this information you just cannot have 1 match a League Night, thus most League Nights you will be fighting twice, against 2 different teams, to make sure in the end we had all teams vs. all teams. Now this does mean some teams will face off against another team more then once, but again in all sporting events this does occure.

Deadline For team Registation is June 17 2009, which is 4 days from the first League Night on june 21st 2009. This is so we can make our spread sheets on who is fighting who during the season and post it. This will show the Sub Pool Registered teams and who is fighting who till the playoffs/ Super Brawl. -

Answer: Yes this will be allowed, when we start sign ups for teams (roughly in this week hopefully) you would sign up JD1 and JD2, and They both would be under your name James Donner.

Answer: Sure, if you have 3 SG mates that want to team together go right ahead. but they are you're team for the whole season. The reason we don't want 5 people on 1 team with only 3 fighting every week, is that the subs may never get to fight. Now there will be a genreal pool or list for Subs, which is explained a little better with the answer to your next question.
Answer: Ok we all know RL happenes, people get sick and can't make events. If someone can make it for a match there is 2 options:
1. To reschedual the match. All Matchs will be Sunday Nights 5pm PST. If one team has a teammate that cannot make it then the 2 teams can reschedual the match before the next weeks fight. This Gives 6 days to the team that has the odd man out.
2. After inital team sign-ups there will be a secondary sign up for people that are willing to sub for anyother teams. If a member of your team cant make it say due to a vacation or any other event, the team with the odd man will be able to ask any of the people in the Sub pools to help them out. Again anyone can add their global name to the Sub pool, you do not need to be on a team in the league to be a sub, it just will not garentee you a fight unless you are also part of another team on the league.

Right now seeing how this is a work in progress there will be only pinnacle, but this doesn't exclued other serves from creating their own league. In Fact we encourage it!. if all the servers had a league then we could even have a type of world series on test at the end of all the seasons. -
well 3 people was the base for an arguement sake to see who all is interested in it. once we get more hard #'s of people we can see many people per team is reasonable.

yes it would be no repeating AT's on your team. Again it would be teams attached to globals, so if your team wants to switch rolls or tactics they can. just no 3 scrapper teams. -

We are talking about a PvP League. Each team would have to sign up pre season. Teams will be made of 3 people per team. The Teams would have to pick a name for themselfs as well which would be carried through the entire season.
The Teams would be made up of a players global name, so in a event a player could choose any toon assoicated with that global. this not only makes the league more diverse, but also allows for stratagies to be formed for the next weeks event.
Right now is to find an intreset of players. if we get enough people to form atleast 6 teams (18 people0 then I can actually start making the matches on a calander and having you guys pick your teams.
So to re-cap, this is not a farming group, its a league where people meet once a week (propesed is sunday nights at 8pm EST) to fight other teams in the league. After the 15 week season a prize will be awarded to the winners (thinking about 300 mill for the winning team).

not only that but the game speed has picked up. I remember 5-8 hour Dr. Q's, and now they're down to about 3 hours. The ITF can be ran in about 25 mins give or take a few minutes in either direction.
It's a Great thought for forming a shard TF aor MoSTF/ STF, I just didn't expect it to be recruiting for an ITF. -

It is on a point system. 2 points for win, 1 point for draw, 0 for loss.
Each team will Fight once per round, for 5 rounds. for example, lvl Range 5, round 1: team 1 vs. Team 2. lvl range 13, Round 2: Team 1 vs. Team 3.
If there is 2 or more teams that are tied for points then tie breaker fight will be at lvl 50, random map, 10 min timer.

Well Warner, you would have to also add the Zone Resists Buffs giving to each Architype, alon with DR and Travel Suppression. Say I heal with DP for bout 1100 out of a PvP zone, but in a PvP zones it's around 980.
Most PvPers have a acc or to hit at bout 75%-115%, perception and stealth are other issues, a simple steath proc, or the stealth power can make you invisible to some other builds, but I would make 7 different worksheets all within the same work book. 1 for each villain AT. I could run the Numbers for each AT. I just would need help making the formulas.
Skill isn't as big as a factor as you might have thought. I13 kinda [censored] the whole PvP world up.

Thanks Werner, alot lower then I expected, but it is a PvP build. In your sheet soft cap at 45% is the same as 68%? Mind you 68% melee and I'm like oh wow, something actually hit me, wow. If i hit elude then its 3 mins of me feeling like I grabed the lil star out of Mario.
The build used to have less def, still all at soft cap, and less net recov, but 200% rech. it was fun having almost no "down" time, but still i got hit more.
Also is there a way to rework your spread sheet for PvP analysis. I would love to work with you on it if it's possible. -

No where in my post did I say any of this was Set in Stone. Those are just a composite of the things I've read and emails I've gotten.
While Demon Summoning was going to be for MM only seeing how they haven't had a new power pool since thugs(I think it was thugs), It has been brought to my eye that this power pool may be granted to controllers as well, thus why I listed both.
Dual Pistols power pool is coming out, but my list of ATs was simple a rundown of which are the most likely to recieve it. I could be wrong however due to a souce last night telling me they were also considering it with scrappers. I doubt this will occure, but again it is NCsoft.
This will be a paid expansion, Just like CoV was. With this now a factor I could see alot more then just 1 or 2 zones, i could assume up to 5, the these are just speculations.
As I find out more, I'll keep Posting. -
