This build is a little closer to the e/n softcap and includes hasten to help dull pains recharge. If you dropped resist elements and three slotted thunderstrike into laser beam eyes you could hit the e/n softcap. Personally I'd drop resist elements for tactics.

Also, will the +END in revive actually provide the END if the power is not activated?
I think I stuck to what you were going for (Soft capped melee with DA, soft capped to all positions with Shadow Meld and no fitness). I'm not sure how attached you were to fly and revive, but I omitted both. Also the Gladiator 3% Defense unique isn't in the build, I realized I didn't use it until I was done and I was too lazy to adjust everything to fit it in. It is very pricey, but from by the looks of your initial build cost didn't seem like it was an issue.

I'm no expert when it comes to Broadsword. Here's a stab at it to get you started. Hopefully it helps. I'd drop super speed (I don't mind relying on sprint and ninja run for traveling) and grab physical perfection and stick a performance shifter proc in it. The build is a bit end heavy. I didn't look too closely and I'm not sure what the ideal BS attack chain is but I think with the build below you could do HS -> Hack ->Disembowel -> Hack with parries whenever needed.

My question was whether the power boost in soul mastery (or power build up in power mastery) affected the amount -res the powers in Sonic Attack did. It doesn't seem like it according to mids, any input that could clear this up would be greatly appreciated.

From a strictly damage point of view, which would be better? My assumption was that Fire Melee would be better as a brute because the DOTs scale with fury. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Seeing how I'm in melee range it would be nice to squeeze out some melee defense, but I'm not seeing a good way to do so. I'd settle for some s/l defense but again I'm not sure what sets to be going for on a defender. Or should I just be stacking recharge? Any advice would be appreciated greatly. -
