No. Power Boost never boost -Res debuffs.
Power Boost/Power Build Up never increases or decreases resistance. Using it for Sonic Ress buffs ends up in failure. Sadly, because of this, Cold Domination shields can't be PB'd at all, including the defense aspect of it.

My question was whether the power boost in soul mastery (or power build up in power mastery) affected the amount -res the powers in Sonic Attack did. It doesn't seem like it according to mids, any input that could clear this up would be greatly appreciated.
