On the SR build, I´d definitely add endrdx in all attacks, you can save 1 slot from Practiced Brawler and 2 from Quickness. If you are going to slot 2 acc per attack, I´d say you don´t need Focused Accuracy )bear in mind tha MA has an inherent 10% acc bonus) unless you want to PvP. If you can get yourself 3 Cytoskeleton Exposures from AH then 3 slotted FA with them will free you 3 slots.
Never tried Torrent and Laser Beam eyes, so I don´t know how helpful they are, I would personally skip them towards Fighting pool which I find extremely helpful on my SR scrappers. Also bear in mind that if you choose Tough, you can allocate the steadfast unique enhancement that grants +3% defense. Ipersonally find that just the defense provided by SR pool is insufficient, hence I like to complee it with Weave and Combat Jumping if possible. Bear in mind that with the right invention sets, a SR scrapper with Weave, Tough and CJ can have a defense above the soft cap.
On the Inv set, no need to 3 slot the passives, just the base slot will do. I´d also recomend Tough on this build to maximize your dmgres. I personally don´t think Hasten is that crucial on MA. Same thing for FA, 3 Cytoskeleton Exposures if possible. -

No, you don´t unless you want to PvP. Wasn´t needed before I9 and less needed after I9 with the +regen bonuses available. -
With the acc bonuses of crushing impact, FA may be redundant and as stated, is a huge end drainer, Conserve Power will be extremely useful on a DA scrapper and I personally think Tough will be also immensely useful if you can manage the end, unfortunately, the +recovery unique enhancements are awfully expensive.
It would be helpful to try the respec on the test server and see how it goes. -

I take that Marinemage is a Defiant toon then? Don't worry too much about tank/debuffer, we'll probably find one or the other on gathering before starting the TF anyway. it would also be helpful if everyon had Shivans before the starting time.

Actually that's something I just noticed, on nofuture.org it is listed as 180 secs, but I think the only scrapper secondary 9-tier power that lasts 3 min is MoG, I think both Elude and Unstoppable only last 2 min instead of 3. -
I usually click Elude in 2 main situations:
1.- When fighting a powerful AV or in the middle of a huge mob of purples and my healthbar is showing red.
2.- When attacked by more than 1 player in a PvP area.
Occasionally I also use it as an end recovery power when fighting purple Carnies or Malta's, although if you choose Conserve Power from Body Mastery you won't need Elude for that. Actually the main reason why I use Elude for recovery is for respeccing Conserve Power.
Bear in Mind that, when Elude goes off, your endurance bar goes zero and all your shields will go off while you will be unable to recover end for a while, so make sure that anything you are fighting is going to be dead before it wears off. -

I enjoyed it, it was a solid 3 hours of everyone paying attention and doing what was asked. I think otherwise it would not have come together.
However it was a lot of organistation and effort involved for the leaders. And also a shame that with the 50 limit not everyone who wanted to could get in.
TBH the way hami is now, I am glad I did it one time, but I certainly won't be running any raids like I did before i9. With the STF it is much easier to get 8 people together and in the same time get the same reward.
I think in terms of risk vs reward hami just isn't worth it anymore.

Aaargh right, soz I made a mess with Multi-Strike and Thunderstrike, yup, the option to Scirocco's Dervish would be Multi-Strike but then Scirocco's Dervish is far more interesting for PvP, the bonuses of Multi-Strike are not as good as the ones of Scirocco's.

On the attacks, I would stronlgy recommend the following:
Melee Single Attacks: Crushing Impact, this set will grant you 7% acc bonus x4 enhcs ad 5% rchg rate x5 enhcs. Stacked should be really helpful on recharging time.
Cone attacks/PBAoE: Thunderstrike, Grants a 7% acc x4 enhcs and a 4% movement increase x5 enhcs. Also Scirocco's Dervish is Great for cone attacks, but that is a matter of preference.
I just signalled a few significant bonuses useful for PvP by a BS scrapper, there are other goodies like defense bonuses, recovery and mez resistance bonusese in the above sets.

We really struggled with this team considering we had 2 kins and a Bubbler. Would advice anyone else doing this, that they should definitely have a dedicated healer, as we kept having team wipes when tackling LR without one. We managed to do everything else ok, Mako was the worse...without a debuffer...took us 20 minutes to kill him alone. Dr. Aeon was a nightmare at first, but once we sorted out tactics....took him down very easily. The other patrons and AVs were no bother really.
Thanks to the team for sticking with it for a long time, especially BB who was getting pretty frustrated! I personally only walked away with 275K debt after all (thought it would be a lot worse)...and have paid 1/2 that back off already, with a 20min street cleanse in PI.

I think we did great, a couple mishappens due to lack of cohesion in team but most of us teamed together for the 1st time so it's normal. Anyway we highly suspected LR was going to hand our behinds back to us without dedicated healings for the tank, but it was fun anyway.
Of course it was all Aero's fault for not showing up, but don't tell him -

I honestly don't know much about regen, however I tend to slot Health with 3 slots in my DA - INV - SR scrappers to try allocating the unique enhancements of Numina's Convalescence (+regen), Miracle (+regen / +recovery) and another set I can't remember right now that also grants +regen on its unique enhancement. Not sure if these are that critical on a regen scrapper though, although for sure it would maximize the main feature of the set which is the regeneration.
