Please explain to me how Risk vs Reward is supposed to work then? I'd hate to continue thinking wrongly, and you seem to be in the know.

Was exp and inf given back to the rikti summoned by the comm officer, or are they now minions who summon a bunch of friends you have no reason to fight? After all, risk vs reward, right? Where's the reward for fighting something that has no reward?

From reading this thread, I can only assume those in the "I only want that one chance of it going off for 45 seconds!" camp must hit their click, then if the proc doesn't go off, wait 45 seconds and hit it again, and if it doesn't go off, wait 45 seconds and hit it again...etc.

Otherwise it's as wasted as they're saying it is in a power that checks for the proc every 10 seconds. Heck, it's more wasted. I'd rather have almost 5 times the chance it'll go off and be useful than hope it goes off at the beginning of a combat when I hit BU/Aim. After all, it's not as if it has limited charges and gets wasted if it goes off in the middle of an attack chain without even interrupting it :P

Ahh, I see what the problem is. It's a simple matter of the slippery rules of English. Try breaking the sentence up slightly and it becomes "all expired retail" and "trial accounts that are in good standing", which merely means that inactive full accounts and trial accounts active during the reactivation period. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!

Besides, why not just buy the game rather than complain that the trial account that already let you TRY THE GAME ALREADY isn't letting you play MORE for free?

I don't recall it saying trial accounts. Just full accounts. After all, the point is to entice people to start paying for their accounts again, not reactivate free trials.

For the love of GOD this better still be happening when I get off work in 2 hours. If not, I suspect that I and everyone else who have real jobs are going to burn down some offices x.x

Man, I just know this is gonna go the route of the Council/5th War and end early due to server issues. And I'm at work for another 7 hours. x.x

Would be a nice present if they either made it so that the Gladiator gotten for having the 1st and 2nd Anniversary badges was now any TWO Anniversary badges to unlock, or gave the Gladiator to everyone regardless of badge status. While my account was created 4 days after the game went live, I had let it lapse for awhile(which included the 2nd Anniversary) :P

Does the reactivation weekend mean that all of us with paid accounts will get 5 days before being billed, or is this still just giving free stuff to people who won't reactivate after they get their 5 days of play in?

I suspect that future veteran rewards will let you select from the exclusive costume powers, much like the choice for attack powers.

I always figured she's the modern equivalent of Morgan LeFey. Perhaps a reincarnation or an Incarnate of her.

Though Merlin works as well. I can just see her remembering her past life as Merlin one day and going "Oh BOTHER."

I'm just glad there's no more 1 meg+ avatars allowed.
