Some people can view the game as a past time as well as fun so periods of being bored with a character maybe worked through for later periods of good fun. If I deleted a toon in its 20s I may have missed out on great fun in the 40s. Powersets do have level areas in which they are pants and level regions in which they are fun. Gruel time is getting past the bad levels.

I think Warshades can be seriously poor performers in terms of somethings really especially with a lack of conceptual flexibility until very late and then whether or not they're good still ends up needing to be decided.

That is part nature of the game. I konw people spend days, weeks, months to reach a certain lvl in WoW or such, now you do in in hours. All those thus have wasted their money?

Each game does this, if you know so, why play it in the first place?

I am trying to see how others can feel. To an extent there will always be farms and PLs but to the current extreme its too much and people can feel that they have wasted time and money depending on their objectives. People have invested in a toon(s) to have fun with or to get a certain thing they've always wanted to prove out of curiousity now its like share prices are down for them and up for anyone "who didn't bother and didn't care" for the game before.

Now that things are so easy I don't feel rushed anymore. I can spend my sub money playing other games. Or now that things are so easy I can be done with the game in very short time and spend my sub money elsewhere. Either way this is how I could see how things are a "Way to kill an MMO".

I personally think those that have been loyal to the content, anti farm or anti PL should knock themselves getting characters done on this issue while it lasts with other characters that were maybe concepts or far future ones. Anyone not accepting a fellow Vet to one of these teams should be named and shamed! Pear shaped I know.

I don't mind farming and PL communities, they will exist but for people who have played to have fun some of them have paid to wait until they can have fun, for some getting to 40 was a milestone and 50 was when the fun began as it can take all slots to finally work that concept out.

I think everyone should abuse the system if they can be so bothered but losing disgusted loyal players maybe the outcome which means a loss of longterm good friends for others which is sad. I just want to get where the "Way to kill an MMO" comes from and I think maybe it sits somewhere here, if not the lame teams that would take infinite attempts at getting a cavern trial done where a 50 asks "How do you click on a stone?".

By the way GW is tankable with just a stormie for support even with a SO'd fire/fire scrapper, we fought, we laughed, we cried but in the end we overcome. If you see Nano, ask him, I had him doing Mako and GW unaided together...good times.

I changed my suggestion so that old time players who have been reliable yet grinded for new alts get 1 years free subs + DXP for all + A temp powah for vets.

The temp power could be a NPC pet who gives people XP of an amount they can type in for themselves and a guide to help them so that they can level to whatever it is they need to.

I don't remember that sorry, if you died near me as a scrappy its sometimes because you shared cones and aoes but we haven't played together that much. I really don't remember sorry. You hardly died afaik.

Alot of people will level and leave until the next issue and for them it will hopefully be one that'll save them a lot of time that the longtime subscribers lost just so they can experience other games more and get on with them - true say some are here for a month, found the games been a bit laughable and that they don't fancy making much else then they're off again.

Give a player an inch and they will take a mile. Some people spend like 90 pounds in total to achieve their level 50s and now you can have a good 30 of them for 8,99 which is a months subscription.

It's kind of like buying a car and driving it onto the road, the first couple of grand of its worth is gone and you will only see it back from its usage. So in order to get your money back you also use the MA system for the alts that were idle would likes, experiments and for teams, characters that are "Needy" of certain powersets due to the Laws of the game they write for themselves.

All those who really can't be bothered to abuse the system will never get there money back and what does that say? Don't waste money on a NCSoft game until NCSoft makes the game worthwhile for the "want it nao" society.

Looking at my money spent over time leveling alts I am wondering if its been worthwhile and have to say probably not but one can join in, but I get bored with easy pretty fast.

I showed up with my toon and fell asleep mins b4 7 I think, GL as I just not well, bedtime for me is supposed to be in another 6-8hrs

I could take your Firetank and respec it into something that would look at the entire inner circle with just a trick archer for support and think "Yeah bring it!" doing things that aren't so simple to know.

People get to 50 and they think they know it all anyway but there is always plenty of stuff that we have yet to gain.

The problem now is that in putting a team together for something, you may seriously end up with a total liability that you have to teach the basics to and by basics I mean stuff that weigh up to be alot more than simply saying "take acrobatics".

Shockwave could hit more people and do greater damage to the group as a whole.

If everyone abuses the system then its a home goal for the Devs so that's exactly what there is some sense in doing, before things change. Punish them for it and save money in the long time, because the sooner you have all the 50s you wanted, the sooner you'd be packing up, having your goals achieved and having the time for another game. Getting your toons to 50 is a much greater smack on the bum for them than a complaint.

As far as journey goes, yes but how many people from your journey have left?

As far as experience goes, yes but then people always stop in a Rut where they will never become as experienced and knowledge able as they could be, as they find one way of doing things and stick to it like glue.

I get bored in no time repeating stuff myself but don't care how others play or how many 50s they got, this game is just to while away the hours with something a little more interactive than the balls on TV and not much more.

Then of course there will be all those that will be getting 0-50 in 6-10 hours (literally) as many toons as they can before changes to the MA system are made.

I can't even fathom that but then I don't really farm/pl and haven't been doing much MA as my to do list is still gettin on with i2.

Those villains wont see him with their perception range unless you compromise his position in which case I suggest that he is killable and the puller gets his debt just because.

I'll have a pop at it this weekend but bare in mind I have given a best mate 0 stars this week cos there is pretty much no punches pulled between me treating them like I would anyone else.

I think I can see where the Devs are heading which I guess is perhaps contrary to the few people going. The only thing that's hurting is limited time.
