Say you are getting 5% Recharge from Doctored Wounds.

If you were getting 5% Recharge from another set, you would be at 'cap' for that bonus and it would be ignored.

So for ex:

5 LOTG = 5 x 7.5%
Your Snipe set wouldn't add its 7.5%, but the rest of the bonuses would still happen.

You can level pretty quicky in AE or through various farm setups.

Before you do that though, you should try a little of everything. If you are on heroside try the Eden Trial at 39-41 (even with the reduced reward the maps are still worth it), the Hydra Trial is more challenging in the 36-40 range I believe...then there are the various story arcs, some longish....from Crimson, Indigo, Maria Jenkins and so on.
Redside, Seer Marino's arc is pretty nice and Vernon Von Grun's stories at higher levels are great too.

Some of the game even has unlockable contacts, like Ernesto Hess in Striga, the Cavern of Transcendance contact in Hollows, Viridian villainside and so on.

Even though the game is essentially: enter a box, defeat foes in box, exit box...there is some decent story background to be seen.

Geas of the Kind Ones, looks like. A Badge-Hunter patch changed it from the Green 'clock' a while back, iirc.

Make the "Healer Requesters" go away...I was on my Emp/Psy getting ready for an Arena match and this tell:

"Need healer. Atlas plz."

'You know...it's actually better if I Fortitude, Adrenalin Boost, RA and attack as well.'

"Need healer."

So I amble over to Atlas. There's a Granite Tanker (35) an Energy Blaster (5), a AR Blaster (12), a Spine Scrapper (16) and me (50). They are fighting 52s(!) and taking forever to defeat stuff.

After three minutes I faked a DC and went into /hide.

This is also happening Villainside, where my Therm gets spammed for "Healer" invites...despite the fact my Shields, buffs and Tier 8/9 in Thermal are far more useful?

If it lists fog of war and reveals glowies/hostages as well, could be a real boon for speed TFs/hard to find hostages/glowies.

Nice perk

Big bubble will be either PINK or a golden/darkish bronze colour. Friend bubbles will be changed to darker hues.

Regen will be fiddled with so it's not green all the time.

My freaking Electric Blasts/whichever REDSIDE aren't staying RED, that's for sure! They're getting tinted to match my favourite costume.

Hi Cassie, speaking as someone in the Pinn PvP League

It's one match per team (wish it were 2 out of 3 but I guess people don't all have time for it) and we aren't disabling Heal Decay, sadly .

As for no-shows, what we've done with our team is...if your team is there, send a global to their team and set something up or set something up on the boards here.

DCs have been pretty easygoing, we've restarted if someone DCd in the first minute or so and not late in the game.

The TF staying the same is fine and reasonable.
I am just giddy that I can bump up the difficulty this way, if only because it will let me stress-test builds.

They lowered it party for PvE reasons (you could run around intangd and click glowies for a while, iirc and run under Hami to get the badge, etc etc) and partly for PvP reasons (Emps and other characters would Phase to avoid spiking and it would be up fairly quickly, meaning you'd need to really be on the ball to get a kill).

As Felicia said, if you have Phase you can now attack a Phased character as well.

Puts an Intangible/OAS on you, down for two minutes.
Most of my toons have Phase so let me check quickly...yep, you get a NoPhase buff that expires after two minutes.

Yeah yeah, my play partner and I got it.

The emotes are VERY cool as are the CC emotes. The goggles are nice and the gender changing/super Icon are nice.

From a personal point of view, I'd rather have a temp power (even with a long recharge) to the Icon-type thing...but it fits the concept of the Science lab/booster/theme.

If it's really blatant (Claw/Regen W0lv3r1n3) you'll get the costume genericed as well as the name. I still have my "Bride" from Kill Bill in the yellow jump suit ungenericed, but I don't play her much so I'm not tempting fate.

Likewise, my Omega Red tribute has been ungenericed for sometime...if it gets petitioned and it's blatant you might lose it. If it's closer to a 'homage' you might get away with it.

Either way, it's always safer to just be creative over a pastiche.
