Easy won the tilt 2-1 after numerous crashes, disconnects etc.

Completed a Master STF run with Knight of IronStar on his Broadsword/Invuln, and Jane Reaction or Dakota Sunrise didn't project him into space either.

One I remember is being teamed on my Storm/Sonic with a Fire/Fire Dominator who had never PvPd before...there was a 2 vs. 2 for signed comic books or something. She was insanely nervous...I just told her to buy a few greens and reds and to follow my lead and she settled in very quickly.


We got paired against an Elec Blaster and I think some kind of Scrapper, map was Perez. We just waited for them in a corner with Freezing Rain and Lightning Storm stacked. They didn't bite so we ate reds and rushed them, got a bunch of kills and farmed the Blaster afterwards.

Gave her the comics, fun stuff.

Hope to hear lots more 'moments of victory' once the League gets going.

Should we list toons we have to make things easier for people to choose us, or would that be extraneous?

Sorry this didn't work out dUmbies, it was fun buffing for varied line-ups.

The speed of combat is what keeps me here, along with the customization. Fast animating attacks delivering an insane amout of damage, ability to herd up large mobs then grind them into much, good times. Additionally, there aren't really any 'loot grinds' outside of for Purples or Task Force Commander Accolade as well.

Mostly, though, CoH is about being able to do stuff with almost anyone. Outside of Master runs, Hami Raids and PvP, there isn't much that you can't do with your friend that just logged in after a four month break. This makes it easy for new and returning players, comfortable for veteran players and appealing for lapsed players as well.

Had a nice run today with 2 Mind Doms (my Mind/Fire and a Mind/Psi) a /SR Stalker, Stone Brute, Willpower Brute, Kin and Therm. Think there was a Fire Brute in there too.

We were on a Master run and it failed when the rezzed Valk crushed the Fire Brute for a lot of damage. Picked ourselves up and had perfect pulls from the Stalker on the Phalanx, cleaned up nicely and went home. Whee Centrilol Exposure.

Definitely helps to have a balanced team with people that know their toons.

Best for me was asking some lowbies level 1-5 to faceplant on some Hellions for millions of inf. The funniest part is a level 5 Mind Troller was just mezzing them while the Warshade was tearing them up. They did die eventually though. :P
