I just wanted to give a "thank you" to Second Measure. I know he's not the guy behind all the new features that're being implemented soon, but he sure knows how to write a letter to the players.
No fluff, no "soon", just stuff we want to hear, how we hear it. I speak for myself when I say that I sincerely enjoy the Producer's Letter since it's a clear and invigorating way to hear about upcoming content and also has nice little peeks behind the development curtain.
So thanks, Second Measure! See you next month, or sooner hopefully! -
Well here's our Notice of the Well option!
THANKS, PARAGON!

Quote:The new Fury renders this argument invalid. One of Spine's many secondary effects is -Recharge. Since a large part of Fury is generated from foes attacking you, slowing their attacks slows your Fury generation.
Please go to the Brute forum and read up on why -Recharge will not affect Fury. -

How has no one replied to this? BEST CHARACTER ADVERT EVER.
Makes me want to do one for my main.
Dawn of Darkness has been an awfully quiet VG for... 3 years now... -
You on Virtue? Because I'm rolling this White Tiger Motorbiker (wish I could name him that) the day this pack drops in.

I... I love tigers.
They're my favorite animal.
Now I have to make a tiger-themed toon.
Brute for sure. -
Dearest OP,
No.
Sincerely,

I suppose Nalrok Ath'Zim's Incarnate items are the six tomes his father left for him.

The PPD helmet for males is awful. It makes you look like a lightbulb.
It needs to be smaller, moved down and moved back so it doesn't appear as if you managed to put it on while wearing a hat under it. -

Quote:I actually played this when we started. Surprisingly (last night) we beat him in time for the song to end.I still think that this would make for an epic addition for, say, the STF finale;
Versus Lord Recluse
Good music can get your heart pounding, your adrenaline flowing and your mind racing. Playing this while tanking Recluse really amped up how "in to it" I was. While my allies were taking down the towers, here I was clashing face-to-face with the king of Villains, the Lord of Arachnos, fist meeting steel, spider claw meeting my indestructible forearm, electricity meeting Well energy, Bane Spiders surrounding me and fueling my Invincibility, all while I pop Unstoppable and throw everything I have at Recluse until the whole team surrounded him and smashed him to the ground!
.... case in point. -
Scenario:
You used to drive a Mustang. One of the 2007 ones. Recently, you went through a long and dedicated process to save up for a Bugatti Veyron. You get the Veyron, and you drive it on the same roads you've always driven. You find it much easier to drive now that you have a Veyron, and you wish you had more winding roads. You decide to carpool with a friend. That friend listens to you wish for more winding roads. Friend says you should go back to the Mustang.
That's the situation here. Asking me to unslot my Alpha just because it will give me more power during a TF is like asking me to stop driving a Veyron just because it performs much better on the same roads you've driven.
No I will not unslot my Alpha. Come on.
EDIT: I wish there was an in-game way of increasing your character's mission difficulty to prevent Rare Alpha users from fighting -1's by applying a mission level change. OH WAIT.
"Unslot your Alpha" is a stupid thing to suggest when there's a difficulty system in place that allows you to tailor the strength of your enemies to the strength of your character. -
