I have a ss/sd brute and he is a killer. I dont know if you wanted purples or not but my brute sits at I-cap def to melee and range and aoe jus 1% shy with perma hasten. I dont have medicine pool cause I opted to take leadership pool and Ive never found myself needing a heal.

1st think i would do is drop the aegis in tru grit and replace with a miracle set if you need aoe def. By putting health in true grit you just up your hp and regen. With accolades my brute has over 2500 hp.

I see you have the panacea proc in there so if youre gonna dish out the money for that might as well get you the gladiator proc for 3% def. Then you can move some slots around like from stamina. Instead of 6 slotting it (which I know you did for the set bonus) I would rather recommend putting a numina proc and miracle proc in health instead.

As for end issues I went with the energy mastery for pp and sc. With sc and accolades I never even know i rage crash by looking at my end cause it barely will move. Also I think the kismet (while nice) might be wasted since youll most likely have double stack rage and you get a bunch of tohit from that alone.

Been waiting for at least 2 days to test my staff char on the the test server but I cant buy the power cause the store is offline i guess? It keeps saying fetching account data but that the response is delayed.

Is there something else I need to do to activate the store on test? Or is it just down for the time being? I also deleted and re-copied my staff char over and even checked for updates and did the repair option.

So just curious if I just have to wait it out or do I need to do something else to get the store activated? Any help welcomed

Copied over some of my guys to the test server to well test stuff out lol. All seem to work fine except my staff char which says it is not unlocked on my account? I bought staff fighting the day it launched on the live server so do I need a dev to unlock it for me on the test server or did I do something wrong?

Ok so after posting on the player help forum about the brute proc I think I finally understands how it works . It doesnt work like the other procs in that you can slot it in any move no matter aoe or single target.

Now my question is after looking at a lot of builds on the forums it seems like alot of ppl are slotting the fury proc in innocouos strike for staff fighting. So for anyone who has the proc in that move are you able to get full fury? I have mine slotted in sky splitter currently and i cant even get to 90% fury. Not sure if its because its a finisher move or what not.

My wife has her proc slotted in precise strike and while she does not get full fury she does get higher than mine.

Someone on the help forum said he maintains full fury with the proc in mercurial blow. So Im jus wondering as any of you brutes out there with staff are you able to get full fury and what move do you recommend slotting the fury proc in?

After reading some post on ato procs, I thought that aoes and cone moves have a different formula to go off than single targets had? Ex. is that a 15sec single target move gives 100% to proc while a 15sec aoe move doesnt give 100% to proc? Was this changed? Or does this only apply to procs like the corr version which does damage?

Also where would you ppl recommend slotting the ato proc for staff? I have alot of recharge so i did not take my tier1 atk and i use my tier 2 atk as a mule. Any advice welcomed

Is it possible to get full fury on a staff brute? I have a staff/elec brute with the superior ato fury proc slotted in sky splitter and i have yet to see my fury go over 85.

Is it because of staffs loldamage? as i understand slotting it the proc in a single target move with base recharge of 15sec should trigger it 100% of the time (the superior version should be in a 12sec). So i spam my sky splitter non stop and i still dont get full fury even when fighting avs.

So if anyone has a staff brute out there are you getting full fury with the ato proc and if so what move did you slot in?

Hello all just curious is it still worth it to slot the brute ato proc in damage arau toggles? i know alot of ppl say its better in a ST 12sec base rech power(if you have the purple version) but what about cones like inisiduous strike(i think thats the name lol the last cone move in staff). The reason i ask is i dont want to take out the heca set I have in the staff tier 9 move(dam all the names elude me right now). I dont use precise strike cause my recharge is high enough that i can cycle gs>sp.gs>is>sk. i know thats not the ultimate dps chain but i always fight on /8 so i like killing the mobs fast. So would the proc be better in the damage toggle or one of the cones? Any help is welcomed

Also is it worth it to slot the corrupter ato in say rain of arrows on a archer? not sure how it would work on that power but archer doesnt really have a long base rech single power move so not sure where to get the best result for that ato. thanks all for any help ♠
