My Dark/Rad is my main villain and I just love her for sheer utility. The build is also rather "loose" and there can be lots of variation of powers depending on playstyle.

That's what I loved about my /TA.

When my main was in its mid teens (I1 or 2ish) I had someone ask me to turn off my dispersion bubble because they said it drained their end. Not MY end, theirs.

Oh, I'm not offended. I'm taking part in a discussion about a game; very little to offend. Someone comes into the discussion making gross unclear generalizations in a thread where someone slightly unfamiliar with the AT is asking questions. You'll get called to task making blanket statements and your last post did come off personal.... the word "you" sometimes does unless you qualify first. You have no problem coming in and "blasting away" and then use the thin skin argument when someone calls you out. So is the way of the internet.

Given their typical duration and recharge you can slot them with SOs, common IOs and/or set IOs for end reduction rather easily. And you are also using the assumption that if you have aoe immobs you are using them improperly.
