Thanks guys. It's just hard to play the game after working 8+ hrs and spending 5-6 hrs with her at the hospital. I am mainly stuck to the weekends for game play at the moment.

Thanks for starting a new channel as I seem to notice the topics go down the tube when you are not on LBx. With that being said, I also think that the "rules" for the channel (LBx) were not enforced evenly or known to the rest. I think you have a good guideline for the new channel.

Excuse my ignorance but what is the reason they are "no go"? The reason I am asking is that I am running this version on Vista Ultimate SP2 with an nVidia 260 without any issues.

Edit - A quick search shows some answers as to why they are a no go but I am interested in "what is the issue with nVidia 260 and Vista"?

Edit - You might see if City Scope can list it in their events. There were a few people on the TF Cmdr run that noted that they knew about it from them.

I wish to thank all who joined us for the Task Force Commander Weekend. We ran 3 teams for Positron and Synapse, 2 teams for Sister and Citadel, and a team for Manticore and Numina. The smallest team size at any time was 6.

The next TF Cmdr weekend looks to be around Aug 14. Thank you all again as it was a 16.5 hour blast.

Positron TF Started.

Three teams of 7 members from 12 different SG's. Way to go Liberty.

I have had this issue on two different toons on two different accounts. I reported it as a bug but never really heard back from the team other than it was being escallated.

The Positron TF starts at level 10 so you have to be that lvl to join as it wont allow anyone under the min level to join.

I would also suggest that if you have not done so, run some radio missions in Kings Row and get either a raptor pack or jump pack for travel if your chracter is less than lvl 14 as there is a TON of travel and I dont know if we will have someone that can function as a taxi.

If you or anyone else need assistance tonight to get some levels, I will probably be on after 8 pm Eastern. My Globals are @MattMiracle - Primary and @MattMiracle - Second (ran out of room for "ary").

To to add my $0.02 here, I love my TechNet Subscription and use it quite abit. In fact, I have two (one for work and one for home). If you run more than 2 computers, it is a great investment not only for the operating systems but for Office suites and other Microsoft products (SQL Server, Exchange Server, etc).

Update.

Due to real life issue that has come up (New Home inspection), I will be unable to lead the TF after 2pm eastern on the 28. In my absence, @Ravenscript and @Disco Fever (who are both leaders in AWOL) have agreed to work to take over the TF leadership duties.

I would like to announce that AWOL will be running all 6 Signature Task Forces on June 27 and June 28, starting with Positron at 12 pm Eastern Daylight Time. Please gather by Positron 30 mins prior so we can work out teams. I will also be broadcasting in LBx around that time.

The plan will be to run all of the TFs in order and have a “rest break” of 15 or 30 mins between each TF. When we approach the midnight hour (eastern time) we will decided what time to pick up the next TF on Sunday (and I will post here as well).

Demon Farm is actually given by Harvey Maylor.

I have been working on "Rouge Agents" in my mind for a while and I am using the MA to setup the story for it. As to which one of my Agents is the true traitor, it remains to be seen.

Could you ask them? I understand its not a PERC channel but the events have been there in the past. My major point is that not everyone uses these forums or goes to them evey day/hour etc ( I personally dont visit the forums that much over the weekends). Even if you cannot get an LBx mod to post in the MotD, it would be great to have more than 1 day notice of such events.

With all of that being said, I have this topic listed as a fav so I will get the e-mail posts for when the next one is annouced.

Can we get these in the LBx MotD instead of some comical nonsense?

If you built your own PC from the Motherboard up, then going from Vista to XP might not be a bad thing. However, I have had a few "New" PCs and Laptops brought to me to go to XP from Vista and it turns out there are no XP drivers at all. I would encourage caution in saying a reinstallation with XP will fix anyone's problems 100% of the time.

Not to mention the whole "downgrade to XP" to solve the problems. I have seen SEVERAL new systems of late in which there are NO XP drivers AT ALL!!!!!

To all of those thinking about moving their system from Vista to XP, a few words of wisdom here.

<ul type="square">[*]Check your OS version first. Microsoft will allow a downgrade from VIsta Business and Ultimate to XP Pro only. If you have Vista Home or Premium, you have to BUY a legal copy of XP to downgrade.[*]Check with the PC manufacturer for Drivers. As I have mentioned, there are some PCs and Laptops out there that have NO drivers for it whatsoever.[/list]

I like that idea. Right now, I log the prestige numbers for inactive members before they are removed from the SG&gt; Having something that keeps the number of days in "X" SG and the amount of prestige generated duing their time in "X" SG would be a great asset to me.

OMG. Who makes this up? They need a raise as I havent stopped laughing from the first one. Now here comes this and all I have to ask is "where is the day job location for shoe salesman?"
