I'd love to know how to expand the boards. Right now it's one category and then clicking on that brings up the sub forums. I want to see them ALL.

Then everything else must have been purged because there's no sign of them. It's unfortunate considering my harddrive was wiped and I lost those text files. :\

Wow that sucks. I had two threads one for each of my "mains" and was hoping to retrieve those. Luckily most of one story was put on Virtueverse page.

Funny they'll purge posts from members actually using the forum, but wont ever purge the names of characters that haven't been used in years in-game.

I have 167 posts but when I search for my name it only displays 20 or so (even when changing the date range). I made a name change on the forums at some point so I wonder if that's why the other posts don't show up.

Short question... how do I view those old posts? I spent the last hour searching over and over for phrases from my posts (and of course waiting for the spam timer to wear down each time) and no luck.

Would love to know how I can view ALL of my posts.

Pfft... everyone keeps saying that with my Punisher tattoo and all! I promise, the tattoo and my following of the Punisher has no direct reflection on my work. :P They call me the Punisher at work. They really shouldn't... I'm such a softy. :P

Yeah, hopefully someone will hop on board if they have free time. That's really all I'm looking for. I sent a few messages out on the Deviant site to see about commissions... but I'll post just about anything on my wiki page. If I get enough submissions I'll have to enlarge the page or add a second part to it.

I read that thread (not all the way through obviously because it's lengthy), but regardless he's good for drawing if someone wants to help out. If I were to avoid everyone's example of what's taboo in that thread my entire post would consist of....

I'm sure there's plenty of people out there that think this or that is commonplace, and frankly is any request for artwork not? Has everything not been said before in the years the game has been running?

Thanks for the links to the commissions, I'll have a look at those. I also don't want what I say above to come off sounding a-hat-ish.

I mean you can only request art in so many ways. I figure someone will click on the link to the wiki page, read his background or look at his images and say, "You know that might be something I'm willing to try". Because frankly that's all I'm asking for.

I appreciate what you guys do around here as you have enormous talent for this. Me, I couldn't draw a stick figure to save my life. So if anyone wanted to give the guy a go... I'd appreciate it. If not... damn you! No I'm kidding. :P I think there's a lot behind this character that an artist could have fun with.

... in other words... not there yet. One day here I'll get to creating that page... but not yet.

I have a Virtueverse page up with some screenshots of the character and am looking to expand on the page with some custom artwork.

Nothing too fancy or crazy... so this might be good for that artist in school or looking to develop on their skills a bit.

At the same time, I would be willing to jump on ship with some commission work for at least one image if not two. I'd need for those interested with that to just PM and we can chat about details.

Otherwise... if anyone feels like trying this guy out, here is his wiki page and I'd definitely be willing to post your images up there with a link to any of your sites:

I went ahead and set up my Test Server access and was able to get on and craft up a shield to show in my virtueverse page. Take a peak and let me know what you guys think!

I finally took the chance and made a page. I never had good luck in creating a wiki page, but using some direction from forum members and looking at other entries, I was able to come up with this so far...

I'm coming into this late and I know they already have the day jobs hashed out... but I'd like to see someday:

- Firefighter: Log out at Police parking lot in Steel Canyon. You gain influence for time "served" and an added bonus for responding to Steel Canyon fires. You could give the firefighters a new badge, as well as a full suit costume with masked helmet.

I have a character set aside with a suit that looks pretty close to a firefighters uniform, and even started the "Paragon Fire Dept.". I think there's others on this forum that would like to run around as a firefighter.

So I saw a link to Deviant Art in someones signature. I go through a few links and see some AMAZING artwork. So this question goes specifically to the artists here...

How much would a piece of work cost? Say someone... an average Joe like me, wanted someone to do a piece on his character. What would you charge to do that?

An example would be something like this:

... just a single character maybe set in an alleyway background with maybe thug shadows casting on the ground in front of the character. I wouldn't think that would be ALL too difficult to do for most artists seeing some of the work being done on the internet. I suppose the only problem is time.

So is there a general "this much" kind of response to making art? I basically want to get an image that I can make into a sig, avatar, and also use it for my background wallpaper for my computer. Using my "Masked Patriot" character as the basis.
