Personally I use a program called "Wallpaper Master". I searched all over for a program that had some ability to position and resize images of a variety of sizes. I'm rather happy with it myself.

The City Scoop's upcoming events are pulled from the forums calendar of events and PMs sent to the members of the Scoop. This is not a complete list, but just those who have attached their events to the calendar or made the Scoop aware of them with enough time for them to be included.

More official events usually get advertised in the CoH updater.

Many events also get an NCSoft community supervisor to post flyers or announcements for them and can be found by looking through the community digest.

I've been wondering that for a long time myself and I have never seen an answer about where the info about the non-ingame Rularuu components is. If I had to guess, people found character descriptions by digging through pigg files. As for the cubes: In the 2 or so days the COP trial was up the cubes spawned rularuu minions underneath them until they were all defeated. Once the three cubes were cleared you could enter the cavern that had more cubes and Ruladak. After he was defeated your SG was awarded an IOP.

There was also a small trove of new information in the second Prima Strategy guid (the binder one), which included three or four new aspects of Rularuu previously unheard of.

I sinceraly hope they get around to revisiting the Shadow Shard soon... those zones and that story have so much potential and so many wasted opportunities.
