Thanks Garent for the input.
I got rid of World of Confusion.
(I have never used it, I only had it because as a Kin I would be up in melee alot and I don't have capped Melee Defense.)
I also have Stamina, But to make room I had to get rid of Increase Density(which is a cool buff) and Siphon Power.(Not such a big thing after Fulcrum, but will suck if I go lower)
This account has a high enough Vet reward so I can pick a travel by lvl 6 so don't be to freaked out by that slotting.
Since some of the mezzes you said are AoE I did what I could to max that as well.
with this build I have:
Melee : 29.8% Defense
Ranged: 45.5% Defense
AoE : 46.1% Defense
again I don't know if this is even a good thing to attempt so if anybody else has any thought about this please feel free to post.

Just hit 24 with this new defender and trying to decide what I should do future wise with him.
I'm not sure if its true but, I read somewhere on the forums that holds and mezzes where a ranged attack and if I maxed ranged defense it would help a lot.
I just through this together in mid's and I would like some opinions on this an possibly some polishing if this is deemed a good idea.
Any opinions you can give would be greatly appreciated.

My concerns with this build our as follows:
1. I have alot of toggles but, with Transference do I need the stamina pool?
2. Although ranged is maxed my melee and AoE are only in the 20'S and my only defense is World of confusion for close encounters as I couldn't find room for Screech,Shockwave,Sirens song, or Mass hynosis.
This build will be for teams (NOT PvP) and if I solo its only for a couple missions as I can't stand playing by myself.
Anyway that's about all I can think of.

To the OP I made a Mind / Earth and called him Birthstone
The earth powers I made crystal and each power was a diffrent color to match a birthstone.
It wasn't a great idea for a character but, I figured it used the color custimization to its fullest. -
I just started this character and I am enjoying the stone attacks was curious if this build I threw in mids would have trouble with end.

P.S I called my character Stone-Age but, Im having trouble with a look all I ended up doing was give him long hair with hairy chest/hands and face (Feral) there was no option for hairy feet or legs.
Just couldn't figure out how to make him look like a caveman. =( -

I just got oil slick and I have noticed in AE missions I cant get it to light . . . EVER
Is this a known bug?
It's really depressing thats one of my favorite things about Trick Arrrow. -
Well so far I am enjoying AE +4 Boss / Hami globe missions and I am trying out a few builds.
currently I have a Lvl 50 Plant / Storm thats IO'd out that does mass destruction and holding the mobs tight.
Playing with Mid's I wanted to ask about this Trick Arrow / Radiation build and get some input to see if my thoughts in Mid's = good in game.
Here is what I was hoping to do with this build.
(1) Tank pulls mobs to him.
(2) Oil slick Arrow- (Mobs slip and fall tight group)
(3) Glue Arrow- (Recharge /Slow them)
(4) Disruption Arrow- (-20 Resist)
(5) Acid Arrow- (-20 Resist /-25 Def)
(6) Irradiate- (-37.5 Def / Resist Proc/ Fire Proc)
(7) Neutron Bomb- (-25 Def / Resist Proc )
Also with this build I could every 96 Seconds do:
(1) Power Buildup- (Increases To-Hit and Hold length)
(2) Emp Arrow- (Mag 3 Hold)
(3) Atomic Blast- (Damage/ 29.6 Sec Mag 3 Hold)
I figured if those two holds stacked that might hold them for a few seconds. (not sure how long that would be with +4 Bosses.)

One other thing maybe more experienced people could answer will the Fire Proc in Irradiate ignite the Oil slick?
I am gonna go Magic or Tech just in case but, was just curious if it would.

What would be the best controller for the +4 Boss missions?
I would like to be able to keep them together by the tank.
Being a +4 Boss I wasn't sure if Earthquake or Iceslick effected them.
I was thinking /Kin for Fulcrum shift but I'm open to suggestions if you thing something else would be better.

I've been playing with mids was wondering if it was possible to have soft capped + perma Hasten and to have Gloom slotted up for a attack. (someone on a team I was on was talking about this but, I wasnt having and luck building it.)

I was really interested in this post, so I did a search on Paragonwiki for more info and I saw this.
Time restriction on recipe rewards
All Task Forces have a timer in place to prevent players from claiming a rare recipe from a given Task Force less than 4 hours after claiming a rare recipe from the same Task Force.
Is this true or is paragonWiki wrong?
If it's right farming Katie seems a little bit of a waste if your restricted. (I mean wouldn't you quit farming once you got a rare?)
Anyway wasn't comming here to dump on you loved the guide and can't wait to try out your suggestions.

Female charecters under the hair option can have: Small Afro and BIG Afro

also I noticed you cant have a headband in standard or Masks with hair your only choice to get a headband is Full mask.
Female charecters can have headbands on every model.
I'm glad your looking at clipping/art problems but I really think someone needs to look into problems like mine above where some of your quality art has gone amiss.
