The arc still needs to be polished. But I think it's ready to be published and given a play through.
A handful of people have already seen it in test mode, but I think it needs to be played through with a team to see if it's working as intended (the intention being hard, but possible).
Who's interested in forming a team with me to specifically play through this arc? -

Players who berate* other players for their AT/power sets/power selection.
* note that I didn't say make kind hearted recommendations, I'm referring to those that scold and call the other player names. -

After looking at all of the choices made in this thread it became painfully obvious that there just aren't enough spot on the Pentad or even a Septad to get everyone (that I know of) a spot who deserves it.
I think it's cool that so many people that posted in here respect the ability of someone else enough to mention them. I consider it an honor and a privilege to have played with so many of the people that were mentioned. And it's unfortunate that we can't name everyone. -
Well, we didn't do the Sharkhead TF, we did the Silver Mantis (Sky Raider) TF.
Was still fun and productive, everyone 20-49 was able to get xp.

On a more serious note, I noticed that the Posi TF is no longer the drudgery it was before Issue 16. -
I have good news, I have bad news, and I have ugly news...
The bad news: I can't get the level ranges for all of the enemies to work properly, so many of the lower level ones aren't going to make it into the arc.
The good news: I have a decent story framework and I will be able to fit in a few more "volunteers".
The ugly news: There isn't an option for a Shadow Cyst Crystal enemy. There is one for a destructible object, and I have a way to make it an interesting fight.

P.S. I'm not upset, but it's just a silly forum game. If people take it this seriously and start passing real-life judgement, it's not even remotely close to fun anymore.
The short answer, as Kid stated, is no. They are not liars. It could be argued that they are lazy, however.
