For the Finals tonight, test is being a little wonky.
If your test is updated -- you can get in by making a shortcut to the cityofheroes.exe (not the updater, but the file) and after the " of the target add -project cohtest and yes there needs to be a space between the " and -
This will allow you to get on to the test server.

I am sorry still having trouble making up my mind... for this I have:
1. Sonic/Pain corr (leveled to 20)
2. Plant/Fire dom (20, I know you said Mind or Earth, but I thought Plant might be ok *crosses fingers*)
3. Elec/SS tank (35)
4. Emp/Psi defender (17, needs to get out of Praetoria)
5. Spines/Regen (50, I have NO idea how to build this for pvp lol)
6. Fire/Eng Blaster (31, I know it's not psi... but maybe that's ok?)
I solemnly swear I have no set bonuses on any of these characters on either of their builds. -

Basically my question is... with you telling us not to slot for any set bonuses early on, do you want to give us an example of a "mid level NON- IO" build?
Also since -kb IOs are very cheap (less than 2 mill) are those off limit? Or just off limit for the first practice time? -

I am strongly against people slotting low lvl IO sets and/or Generic IO's. My question:
Since normally you slot pvp builds at level 50, we are we doing in the mean time as we level up? Slotting basics? Not slotting anything at all?
Sorry if I missed this. I just don't want to show up at level 20 with the wrong thing. -

I personally have not had much luck with the sleeping the AV method, but I know a lot of other people have. When I run it, I just use two solid tanks (or brutes) and load them up with insps and have them both run in and switch off taunting when they need to (this is a particularly good set up for invuln or willpower). But, if you have a really good dom, the sleeping method is very effective!
