Hmm, second chances are fine, even third chances but fifth, sixth, seventh chances? I don't have the patience of a saint, he went on ignore faollowing an extremely annoying mission on Croatoa where he spent all his time flying around luring the boss away from the rest of the team. Since we couldn't all fly there was no way to follow. I'd have understood running away if you're getting plastered a few times but after being told to stay back and let the healers do their thing it gradually dawned that this was perhaps deliberate. May have been, maybe not. He's probably forgotten all about that one so no point asking, and to be honest I don't much care. He's on ignore and staying there, as much for boasting about powerlevelling (now what is the point of that?) as for his other antics.

I used to run with perma-hasten, no longer possible of course. My recharge rate with 3 recharges in no way compensates for the loss of hasten when combined with the lower damage output. What sort of blaster are you as a matter of interest? My AR/Devices blaster has been hit heavily by this change. I've been furiously respeccing to try to get her to some semblence of her former self. Only way to solo now is to become a combined controller/blaster. Not what I wanted to do when I created her but enforced by NCSoft who seem determined to lay out in precise detail how we are going to play our characters.

Starting to love my PB. I've slotted for nova and dwarf just to be difficult

Dwarf for when those pesky quantums and voids just won't co-operate or things get tough. Nova does lots of damage from a safe height but any hint of a stun or hold and she's anybody's, even from -4 mobs. Guess it's swings and roundabouts, we get the potential to do a lot of damage very quickly but it's mitigated by us being the squishiest of the squshies.

Got my PB to the mid 20's after ruinning with a blaster up to 50. Think I must just like blasting because I've decided to keep her in nova form, switching to dwarf if things get hairy. Been fun so far, except for those void seekers but I'm learning how to deal with those.

I used my respec to recover as many slots as possible from the human form, now to see how it goes...

My blaster makes do with SS and SJ. SJ allows her to get to most places. Only maps I've had problems with are on the Shadow Shard where you really need to be able to fly. I'm about to respec and I'm not really sure what to do with travel powers...decisions...

I'm probably going to make an awful PB at higher levels. I like playing blasters so much that I normally stay exclusively in nova form. I rarely escape without dying at least once in a mission doing that so I may have to have a rethink but, for now at least, the damage my PB does is really useful in a team. Just reached lvl 20 and have the dwarf form but I haven't the faintest idea how to tank, some interesting times ahead methinks

That's the only reward we get for reaching lvl 50, don't take it away from us
