the recharge time would be inversely proportional to its general awesomeness. so anything like the freeze ray could be used frequently. but if you make the power so it has a 30 min recharge then it would be the kind of thing you pull out when facing an AV.

at least that's the best way i can think of addressing that issue.

i vote a big fat YES for this. i like the slider idea myself, something like the spell crafting in Elder Scrolls is definitely worth looking into.

ya, i hate haveing the same contact over and over and over. there needs to be some new contacts for villains. and i sombody else said that the new maps could be the little islands on the zone map that are not zones, this is a good idea.

how about if having it have a huge cooldown or having it on a charge bar a choice that u make while making it. i say this is the best idea for any mmo ever. it must make it to the game, and if avryone is so worryed about unbalancing pvp just de-buff them in pvp zones.

Base: i try to keep it a funcinal place to use salvage, i recently placed a Pilar of ice and flame and a mission comp, have 1 teleporter and i swich out the beacons to help members (normaly set in favor of the low levels in case they get stuck in high lvl map) includes hospital and workbench for enhancements, empowerments, and base items.

Ruels: no vulger language (if you need to use l33t to say it, than please don't say it, if it gets bleeped out than it is ok.) must be active at least evry 100 days(if you have a reason for being inacive send me an Email) ALTs alowed (limit of 3)

how about a program that screens all Emails and tells for keywords like "sell, influence, infamy, delivery" and the URLs for identified spam sites like gagora (who i am spamed from each day) so if a keyword is in the Email it is scrutenized by someone, if too many keywords are in the Email it is deleted before it is sent and is reported as spam and a copy is sent in the auto-petitien. (the FBI did the same thing on phones after 9-11 to identify terrorists, so if you said "bomb" your phone was taped.)

insted of having the info off for defalt, how about we have a week or so to set the options before it takes efect.

i love the idea of the monitor, evry body needs the guy on the radio with vital intel.

i also like the npc base minion ideas... all of them. patrols of fully costomizeable solgers marching thrugh my base is great, and how about control/ power items come with a few npcs whos only porpos is to stand near the item and mes with the botons on it.
for exaplel, the the combo start up generator would come with one guy with the SG emblem on his sleve and he just stands near the laptop on it all day and looks like hes working. while the turbine genrator would come with 3 or 4 guys runing around the room cheking things on the turbine and they can mess with the conected items to, these npcs could come free with the power/ control item and would be just for looks.

this is the statement im replying to above, by the way.

time travel is vary confusing, for instance, a TF in the past to help Arachnos take the isles, well we all know recluse wins...bacause you were there to help. you aredy were in the past and you won, so history has recluse runing the isles, and because you were alredy there you need to go now. its all about reletivety.

dont think about it too much, i got a headache just typing that.

all this is freakin awsome...but i was wondering if there could be some updates for SG leaders, like a boton that counts all the members in the SG, who recruted who, or who quit recentley, that way i dont have to count evry member in my VG anymore

and as a robotic mm i cant waite to see what i can do with the pulse rifel!
