if it was a pve only build i'd totally be helpful, but i dont pvp so i cant really help ya, sorry man.

Exactly - one group of players is getting nerfed the other group is just adjusting to work around the imposed cap.

The best method for handling MA content is with a team that is good. Anything short of that will cause you to die because the custom MA mobs deal often deal non s/l damage and invulnerability is very vulnerable to anything that is not s/l damage.

I play scrappers and brutes the same exact way - stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab....oh wait where's my team...eh whatever ...stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab stab

The only difference is brutes deal more damage over time if you can keep going non stop and scrappers are more consistent dps.

Ya I changed the password and yea I updated firmware. I'm thinking it was the USB port I had plugged my adapter into, I swapped it back to the other port I normally use and I have yet to drop connection.

1) this is not a technical issue nor is it a new bug
2) you are wrong because there have been other exploits that were much bigger that did not involve rikti.

Rikti farming just happens to be the current best method of fast xp/influ/tickets.

Didn't seem to help I'm still constantly losing connection every 3-10 minutes.

If it helps, my netstat shows the local host open at 6 ports to itself at 1936,1937,1939 and 1940, with port 5152 open to port 1938.

Lately my network has been disconnecting often, and sometimes my network will show me as disconnected but I can browse the internet just fine(happening now actually).

I don't understand why it would show disconnected and yet still be working, also it shows the network being unsecure but I added WPA to the network the other day.

Balance is only harder for players due to the overly high damage scale custom critters have as well as not being able to choose exactly what powers a critter gets.

if / when those two things get made more customizable, balancing will be much easier.

I somehow doubt the devs will pull of being that awesome. Then again it was Jack's fault we don't have that content already and he's gone.

The hurdle then if justifying the content with the current devs. Players can google for puzzle solutions, which nerfs puzzles in the devs eyes. Convince them to jump that hurdle and you shall have puzzle content.

Well I don't have a social life to begin with I'm sort of anti social.
