I'd have agreed, too, but I don't know how peer to peer money transfers work over the 'net, and I tend to be very cautious about what I do with my credit information.
So... what your saying is that you want the City of Heroes DVD edition special code, but don't have the ability to buy it?

Of course it's not a Nemesis system. Lord Nemesis is too busy planning for "Issue 18: The one that is a Nemesis plot".

Yes, it was mentioned to be a stealth power. But we don't know exactly how it's going to work yet, so it's best not to assume how it will.

Yeah, but not a "[Censored], my man aint yo baby's daddy!" one or a "Oh gods, how dare the Dev's not act specifically according to my capricious and oft-changing thoughts on how the game should be run! YOU JUST MARRIED MY DAD FOR THE MONEY! I'M GOING TO CO'S HOUSE! *Runs off crying*" one.

Of course, I guess it could have had something to do with processing times and other such stuff. I just tend to think modular. But, I'm weird like that.
The thing is, at the time, the Dev's never thought that people would want to be able to change the color of their powers. Which is understandable, because CoH was the first MMO to truly allow you to go crazy when designing how your character looks. The Dev team at the time didn't have 5+ years of feedback to realize this would be such a wanted feature.

Actually, you'd be suprised how much the character creator has improved since launch. We originally didn't have a lot of things like Capes, Wings, and Power Customization. It should also be kept in mind that CoH set the standards that CO is now trying to surpass.

Soon as I click on any link at all, no matter where it takes me, I'm logged out. If I open another tab to view something without losing the main forum page, i'm logged out. if I view the Dev digest (which ALWAYS opens in a new window, no matter what I try) I'm logged out. If I look at the forum funny and decide to visit a thread I've never been to, I'd be willing to guess what would happen. I've deleted all my cookies (wasn't fun, you try remembering a password to a forum you set 12 months ago and haven't used again since!) and even installed a new OS (windows 7 64 bit) but it still doesn't work. I've tried my laddies laptop (Vista) AND the PC downstairs (XP home). It makes no difference. I used to contribute on the EU forums all the time. Now I don't even bother.

It's come to the point where I hardly contribute or write anything and just lurk and read, because I really can't be bothered logging in again knowing there's little point, because I'll just get logged out again when I come back.

Please, PLEASE, fix this. Perhaps it's a security thing, perhaps it's because I'm an EU import. I don't care. When i say 'remember me' I want it to. PLEASE?
    It's a Nemesis plot.

Arn't most games, by definition, made for Profit? Last I knew, Blizzard wasn't releasing World of Warcraft for a hearty handshake and lunch.

  18. I would like to point out that Westly's Conspiracy theory is just that: An insane conspiracy theory that is in no way supported by facts, much like UFO's, the Moon Landing, and the belief that Jennifer Lopez can act. To believe this blatant disregard for sanity and tinfoil hattery would be foolish, and as such as I would like to present to you some facts which are scientifically proven as 100% true, unlike the OP's completly unbelievable rantings:

1: Cryptic is currently involved with Hitler and the National Orginization for Women to destroy the stock market by flooding US shores with counterfit Marshmellow Peeps, thus ruining the economy.

2: Cryptic, along with the North Koreans, are using advanced DNA cloning technology to create the Super Devil, a Devil who is far more evil then the regular Devil. He'll also have a really bitchin motorcycle.

3: Cryptic forced NBC to kick out Conan O'Brien from the Tonight Show, as Conan O'Brien was one of the few obstacles in their path to world domination. As such, now that they have strucken a blow against him and his resistance, they are now preparing to send an advanced AI Construct who looks suspiciously like Arnold Schwarzenagger (but not enough to get sued), which they will send back in time to kill the young Conan O'Brien.

4: Cryptic is currently in the middle of initializing Plan "Vault-Tec"

5: Cryptic and reanimated head of the cryogenically frozen Walt Disney was behind the firing of CuppaJo and Richard Garriott, afraid that Cuppa's brains and Richards wealth would allow them to create "Richard Garriott's Disneyland", the second happiest place on earth. In retrospect, this was kind of pointless, as the plans would have been scrapped and the theme park redeveloped after only a year, leading to delayed openings and a really crappy Waterslide.

6: The "Pirate Miner Ghost" haunting the old "indian burial grounds and Bed and Breakfast" was in fact Cryptic, who were trying to scare people away while they built a tunnel into the nearby bank to steal the Nazi Themepark gold. They would have gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for those Meddling Kids and their damn dog (As well as a little help from Phyllis Diller and the Harlem Globetrotters).

Considering that nothing more has been said by Cryptic other then that the expansion will add a new Zone, I fail to see how you've managed to conclude that it has "recycled material".

I would also include an "I participated in the April Fools Day event and I didn't even get a lousy badge" badge.
