Introducing my first arc which parodies everyone's favorite forum goer, the Forum Troll!

Arc Name: Attack of the Forum Trolls

Difficulty: Solo friendly, there is an EB at the end, but the allies you pick up will allow anyone to solo.
Length: Short, 1 mission.

Synopsis: A new type of Troll has appeared in The Hollows! Meet up with Foreshadow and take on the obnoxious Forum Trolls! Lots of forum in-jokes and action!

Edit: I'm aware of the location of my post in relation to a "red name" and I refuse to acknowledge it, take that status quo!

It's not a bad costume at all, throwing a third color in there would REALLY help though.

I'd say make one color of the Chest, Legs, and Belt a different, darker color.

If you want your patriotic costume to stand out of the crowd, try using something besides the same blue colors, use something a little darker, chalkier. I think the darker reds and blues look better together anyway.

To really stand out, don't use blue as your primary color, only accents. Make the bulk of your costume red or white, a rarity in patriotic costumes.

Anyway, Liefieldian just got rerolled as an AR/Mental Blaster! AR because he has to have his big freakin' gun, and mental because only the great Liefield would draw a mentalist like this

Added some more color, I'm pretty sure Rob helped make red superheroes cliche, so I threw some red in there. He's also got a sweet and completely meaningless robotic arm and more pouchespouchcespouches!!!!11!!!

Check out the head, , every. single. slider is bottomed out. That's as tiny a head as you can get on a huge model. Actually, the sliders on this guy probably could crash the server

So I saw a post in the suggestions forum wanting pads, pouches, etc for legs. That idea led to me to log in and create this, meet the Liefieldian!

And based on the reactions I got around Ms. Liberty, this guy may actually be fun to play :P

also you cant tell from the screenshot but i have monsterous gloves with leather for a claw effect. hes a broad sword and shield scrapper.

Sorry, but the forums are changing as well, and the changes can't come soon enough for me.

I'm also hoping that the website changes and the forum changes are maybe something that was holding back City Vault.

Personal feelings aside even, its half console game/half MMO and I very much doubt that it will have a whole lot in common with CoX other than the fact that they both have superheroes.

And I will mention that I think your estimate of i15 release is a tad on the conservative side. I'm hoping that with i14 coming early next year, they're not going to have a 9+ month wait between issues.

Yeah, "lolChampions", and also "lolDCUO", and lolanything else that proves innovative, dynamic, and fun. While I don't think any one of them in particular is going to "kill" CoH, I think each will chip away at noticeable chunks of the subscriber base. Once NCSoft starts seeing any decrease in profit margins, how long can it be before they panic and start forcing layoffs once again, dropping game development back to "life support" levels, or maybe even less?

Add that to what has become viewed as "acceptable" delays in development timetables, and it's certainly possible that "early 2009" will translate to mid-june, which could leave I15 coming sometime in 2010, if they bother with it at all.

Sure, it might not be as bad as all that, but it nobody can say it won't (at least nobody who isn't bound by contractual agreements not to discuss certain things before marketing approves the topic).

I think this is a great idea, I'd rather MA be delayed than all of Issue 13. It may not be a popular move with the MA crowd, but probably the best you could've made overall.

Multi-Builds is an awesome addition, excellent work! I'm not into PvP, but I can definitely see most of my characters have a Solo and a Group build.

I find it odd there is no Cyborg chest pattern. Sure, exoproto and a few of the other tech/metal patterns look passable, but it makes the set feel slightly incomplete.

The Cyborg pack has caused a flare up of my altitis and inspired a new Force Field/Sonic Blast Defender!

Introducing Steelwork

Steelwork was designed by Dr. Aeon for use by the evil group of villains known as the Fallen Legion. Steelwork is able to create and manipulate fields of energy able to protect his allies and cause havok among his foes. His large shoulder armor contains massive, highly acute speakers able to blast his foes with waves of sound.

The final version of his AI left him with little to no aggression and he never fit in with the Fallen Legion. They eventually tired of his "good side" and deactivated him. He was recovered when the Fallen Legion's base was raided by a team of superheroes. Steelwork now works as a base guard and operative for the Legion of Valor.

Thanks, the whole point in his redesign was to force me to stop making darkity dark villains, so I wanted bright colors on him.

So, find yerself face to...cyborg, cat, demon, ninja, pirate face with this, pray to yer heathen gods ye go quickly. Else you could end up it's lackey.

My Bots/Dark Cyborg Mastermind: Makhana

My Cyborg Mastermind will be getting pimped with his new gear when I get home, several tech themed heroes will be getting slight updates as well. I'm sure I'll be inspired with a new concept as well, darn you altitis!
