I've been having these issues for about the past week as well. It has gotten increasingly worse to the point that the game is unplayable as it stands. My pings/tracerts to other locations are fine, with the possible exception of other west coast addresses. Perhaps there is a bad router between the east coast and west?

As a former beta guy who detoured into EQ2 for a bit, my congratulations to the whole CoH team!
