My musical knowledge is admittedly limited. But I listen to a decent bit of radio. That with songs I -do- know I like, and have liked, over the years have given me a good selection of songs that remind me of City.
I RP my characters, and I can't help hearing certain songs that remind me of them in various stages of their lives. It could be as simple as answering a call for help, or a song that reminds me of a troubling part of one of my character's lives at the moment, or even happy moments in a character's life. I can picture scenes in my head almost as clearly as if I'd witnessed them firsthand. -
