I was under the impression that you could go over 100% with more slots, but not much more. In fact, in some powers on my mind/rad controller - due to having some HOs slotted - I have around 107% on certain aspects. I don't know the exact numbers for Stamina, but I'm almost positive you get more than 100%. BUT, it's more than likely REALLY not worth it to waste a slot for 5% or whatever small amount you gain.

Looks good. I'm going to be going this route instead of the ridiculously weak passives for my Inv/SS. Thanks for the numbers

I have had so much trouble with Quills that I finally respecced it out last night. Not once have I ever had it stop an AS. I have had 2 accuracies in there and still nothing. So now I just never ever stop moving if I can help it.

An example of being a jerk:

Someone who obviously is new to the game asks a question about the pool powers. He wasn't sure if when he skipped getting a pool power selection at lvl 6 if he would get a chance to get it later. He was afraid he missed out on a power.
