There's nothing wrong with lower tier set IO/IO recipes.
Many of them are quite cheap...particularly the "off-level" ones.
However, there seem to be less of them as compared to the ~ level 50 set IO/IO recipes, which makes sense. -

I hit just fine in that TF w/o Focused Accuracy. Just because you had a hard time hitting doesn't reflect on other scrappers, and team builds. I don't like having FA or the body mastery pool in general. I like the Dark Mastery pool more.

Yes, the END costs are wonderful.
Wonderfully low.
3 End Reds and it falls to ~ 0.32.
Worth the cost for the value it provides.
(To bring myself back on topic...): Additionally, if you have END cost concerns on an STF team then that's indicative of other problems. Team make-up foremost, but not solely responsible. -

Of course, there's a chance of a spontaneous attempt before then.

One note regarding Sonic Disruption, it is aggro enducing towards you. It is like any of the other debuffs like Enervating Field or Darkest Night. The fact that it is anchored on a friend as opposed to an enemy doesn't matter. So as this debuff does not decrease acc or dmg and you can't buble yourself you can end up dead very quickly if your group has poor aggro control. This is especially true if you combine it with Howl. Just a little tip as on a group with no AOE and a tanker without Taunt, I was consistantly the primary target.

Yes.
FWIU, the only factors that will keep the aggro off of the caster are...
1) Your distance from the anchor
2) How much aggro the anchor is able to hold
If the anchor is tanking 5 bosses and never loses aggro then you will be fine.
If a 6th boss materializes and breaks from the anchor for whatever reason then boss #6 will turn his attention toward you.
But hey...you can 'cage' him right? -

I'm not saying this just because I'm a "city of" fan, like most of us who post on these forums are, but..
I don't see how a marvel based mmo could succeed. The thing about "City of" is that the heroes and villains are completely original. With a game based on Marvel everyone will be clamoring to be Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, etc. The Originality factor goes to the wind.
I'll be sticking to "City of" thank you.The variety of costume options in this game speaks bounds for what this game is about-- ORIGINALITY. A Marvel game will never be able to top this game on that count.

If done well, I can totally see a Marvel based MMO doing great. There are several groups in which the player can start/be affiliated with - X-Men, Avengers, X-Factor, Defenders, Alpha-Flight, etc. Go here to see a large list of teams the player can join. The teams can work just like the contacts in CoX, but have a Marvel Universe tie-in instead of being based on CoX origins (Science, Mutant, etc.). What comic fan wouldn't want to be a part of The Avengers? I can't wait, myself. Until then, I'll happily play CoX. Also, originality doesn't have to go out the window at all. Players will probably get to mix and match trademark powers to make a hero more like what they want and not have to worry about infringing on the Marvel copyright. Besides, by the time MUO comes out, I'll be more than ready for the switch, as I'm sure most of us will be.
