very nice indeed. I like Coronel Crimson best. It's so incredibly intriguing. You cant really tell what she looks like because of the light but at the same time you dont really want to know but just to run away. fast. like swissy said: lot of atmosphere.

Same. Consider this a preliminary sign up: I want to bring Ar'cane,lvl 46 scrapper. I don't really care about the debt. The only problem is that it's 3 weeks away and i might have to do other stuff.

I'll never make the 10 AM . It's queensday in Holland so i'm going to get completely drunk and stupid on saturday and i probably wont come out of my coma till round noon. On the otherhand, i might pull an all-nighter and show up anyway. Only problem then is that i'll probably doze off a couple of times during the TF .

I know one other high lvl spines scrapper besides my own (Ar'cane lvl 45 spines/invul). So FotM mayb but now to push through!

Well actually i was right and so are you. I just have a hard time explaining it in a short piece of writing and without using judicial jargon. The point i was trying to make is that the eula and the user's agreement of NCsoft is like copywrite protection. Where they use the term 'commercial use' or 'commercial activities' the mean that if you start a company that uses pictures/sounds/images(=drawing based on char) for financial gain you are in violation. If i were to start drawing your characters for you and charged you money for it, that wouldn't be a violation, because i would give you the drawing and wouldn't go on TV charching evryone money for the same copy. I could include all the arachnos' symbols and CoX baddies i want without infringing their copyright, as long as it's just the one drawing.
I could probably explain this better if i wrote you a 5000 words essay on it but i don't really feel like it.
Now lets stop worrying about this and have swissy draw a ultracool pic of my char! I'll post some screenies later, ok swiss?

p.s. Not to be cocky or anything but i study law in uni so i know a little about this subject, but i could definetly be wrong here, above is just my educated opinion.

You can do anything you want with your char except make money of of it. If oyu start to make money with your character in or outside the game then you're infringing the Publisher's rights. In other words: If you make drawing from CoH chars for a living it's fine. If you make drawings of COX chars and then decide to make a TV show starring this char, you're in trouble . Like was said above, it's the quantity that matters here. If you make pictures on demand thats no biggie, but when you mass-produce ingame stuff without telling Cryptic or NCsoft you will get sued.

I love CoH and my scrapper is almost 50 now. I bought CoV on an i pulse cause it was kibda cheap and thought it would be cool. Unfortunatly i do suffer from the bad-team-experience. I like teams because like was said before, i dont need a MMO if i solo. But alot of teams just suck. They do. I blame the free trials (i only have low lvl chars) which brings all kinds of n00bs not bothering to learn to play and the fact that its quite more difficult for AT's to actually complement each other. In CoH you can rely on teammates because you know they will add something to your power, be it buffs or enemy debuffs for example. In CoV its quite different. Hopefully things will pick up and to be on the plus side of things: I have had some pretty good teams on villains sofar! And to be honest: I still need alot of 'training' with my villains to get the game and the AT's i play under control...

does this mean that you wont be able to join Mbars onslaugt 9? The SS2 TF? 2bad. I was quite looking forward to team with you on both TFs . Well np, tomoorow we'll just spam the broadcast and request channels abit before we start.

How long does it take? If it's not to long i'll definetly join, but i'm afraid i have some RL family stuff to attend to in the aftrenoon.
