Gonna bump this (sorry Bridger!) to ask if you have chat logs etc and teamed with me please check, support can't find it
-
Basically wait until you get unstoppable.
When I "Overload" I'm a killing machine.
Best example:
Bug Arachnos Spawn about 4 mobs in 1 little room, 8 man team. With the pet bugs they agro'd. Everyone had just enough time to shout "****" and died. I'd managed to overload. A full tray of Dam/Acc insps and overload later the entire room is clear. I stand victorious, overload crashes. (So about 3min and they're dead).
Brutes rule -
OK, we're getting along more 50 dings. We've gotta do this!
Please sign up below if you'd want to try it sometime next week. Please post you powers etc as well.
I'm gonna be a bit of a b****** and try and make a "maxed" team, so the order you sign up may not be important.
I'm also gonna have to ask that everyone has a fresh shivan shard and one of each Warburg rockets, so please bear in mind this when you sign up.
Also please mention any other useful temp powers you have and would be willing to use (Arachnos Power Shield for example). -
Thanks all
Anyone know of any other En/En Brutes at 50? -
I'm an En/En brute so will commment on the melee only.
After stamia/end drain etc (IE end is no more of an "issue"), I found 1 ACC, 1 Rech, 3 Dam was enough for all powers, with another Rech in both total focus and En tran.
Before that Max's is right, swap DAM out for ACC/Rech/End, especially pre SO's. -
Preator Kinetik, Energy/Energy Brute (Ghostwidow Patron, but no powers from it)
-
The second awfully nice/nasty chap/cad to ding the big one!
GRATZ!!!! -
The first awefully nice/nasty chap/cad to ding the big one!
I'm not sure but possibly the first RAD/RAD corrup to!
GRATZ -
Nah. I'm out. You're In.
Good luck!
(You're gonna fail without out me though)
-
I'm back.
And while temp power-less I'll still turn up incase someone missed, and I'll wave you off! -
I think the Future FP tactic was great.
I think the Vindicators tactics were heading in the right direction, but maybe let one of them in the little room but keep the others out?
For States + FP.....i don't know....same tactic as the future? -
Hey.
I'm really sorry but somethings come up. I was planning to spend all day dinging 50 and getting temp powers.
Now I'm gonna be out most of day, may miss SF, and will only have 2 Warburg rockets as temps.
Sooo i think you should take someone else!
Sorry!
Good luck! -
Kin's in.
Although I'd suggest starting earlier or doing it over 2 nights. -
@Kinetik.
Got 30million infanmy spare.
Just say please. -

My 'character was never meant to tank'? I dont remember saying that was what i wanted, merely that i could - pointing out the in game chnages. Furthermore i am talking about personal defense and have been since i started the thread. Get off your high horse people im talking from experience not ignorance. If you cant engage in debate, dont reply.

Debate is going "you're right!", you understand that right? They've shown alternate view points.
Speaking from my experience as a grav/ff.
Bubbling is not dead. It's better than ever. In my recent respec I acctually had to drop powers to take more FF powers.
FF isn't a damaging set. Thats why you have the blaster/controller powers too (depending on whether your a def/cont).
With Detention Field and Force bolt you can keep 2 enemies out of a fight constantly, while you another on (soloing gives 3 enemies in mobs right?)
Repel/Knockback useless in PvE? Um? What? It's not about knocking far/hard. While they're being knocked enemies can't attack.
FF isn't ever a very noticable set really. You get no debuffs, green numbers, orange numbers, end recovery etc. If you're looking for those you're the wrong power set.
[ QUOTE ]
Forcebolt does nowhere near the damage of a fake nems equivalent, dispersion shield lets too much through and the laughable toggle knocking/repelling powers are great in PVP but in-game are redundant. Although its all very well to place your allies in bubbles and receive their gratitude, standing alone the bubbbler is a weak target even when PFF didnt allow easy penetration
[/ QUOTE ]
Knockback/repel can protect from those attackers!
Dispersion bubble isn't a main DEF power, its a Mez resit power.
And everything else everyone else has said. -
Ok. I'm emailing Support back and forth about the "Usurper" Badge.
Here
And on the USA boards (which are down atm so I can't find link).
I'm trying to find the data/time I ran my "Defeat Lord Recluse in the future" mission with a team out 8 people, as atm support can find no mention of myself having beaten lord recluse.
Unfortunatly it was mostly a PuG so I can't remember who!
If it was you please post, and say when you think we did it.
Thanks!
(Sometimes I think I'm too interested in badges) -
I've given most of my advice in game, but here's my (mainly PvE build). The slots might be off slightly.

I think the Air Sup trick for mission 3 was the "perfect" stratagy.
Our door method for the fourth also seemed good. -
I'd like to put my name down again, although I'm only a Brute.
Currently lev 48.
Most days fine for me -
Just got an email saying I have the badge!
Woooooo -
Whats the team size/structure looking like?
I might pull out. I've got my Brute to lev 48 and wanna try and finish this final push soon. -
Ooo Ooo If you do quarterfield can I come?
I'll bring nibbles! -
Well we got to mission 4.
Not bad for a PuG. Maybe when there's more high levs and we can pick and choose the team a bit more. Or least until the regen rate gets knocked back a bit
BTW my petition of the Annihilator badge got answered asking to more details. I've since got another reply about the fact they're looking into it "further". We'll wait and see.
