If you enabled chat logs then you could have a look through them for clues? should be able to find a mention of the big spider armed wallys demise in there somewhere I would think 
Spad has a link to an extremely handy Chat log parser in his Sig that would probably help you out a bit too, hope you get this sorted as I have heard that it may not be possible to get the badge on someone elses mish (hopefully a bug 
)
I never knew this badge was avalible until i saw on badge-wh0re.com.
I then petitioned it asking i i was able to get it correctly awarded to me or as to why i never got it and the response i got was this:

Its possible someone else on your team petitioned it naming you and they are treating all the team members under 1 ticket? have a look on your PlayNC account page or just wait and see what happens
Gonna bump this (sorry Bridger!) to ask if you have chat logs etc and teamed with me please check, support can't find it
They asked me to send a screenshot of the souvenir, mine was bugged just said SouvenirClue, to prove you completed it. Might be worth a try.

And on the USA boards (which are down atm so I can't find link).
I'm trying to find the data/time I ran my "Defeat Lord Recluse in the future" mission with a team out 8 people, as atm support can find no mention of myself having beaten lord recluse.
Unfortunatly it was mostly a PuG so I can't remember who!
If it was you please post, and say when you think we did it.
