I've decided I will bring Troller Kin, as she has the lovely rad infections for the AVs I have a friend who has a lvl 50 empath, so i'll try and get him to come along. I'll post again when I've found out

I had the same though. AoE Immob from Mace and Burn = Win.

Wrong. The animation time getting the mace out and actually firing it off is waaay too long. I got fed up with it and now just live without it. I don't actually have any of the patron powers in my build due to the horrid animation time.

I mainly use my brute for farming these days against Nemesis, and there are so many of them, a burn patch and a fire sword circle can kill everything in range Don't need the immob to keep 'em hanging around IMO.

Well my fire/fire brute makes a great tank... With healing flames slotted nicely and some recharge set bonuses, I can take on loads of +1-2s and do fine Yes, I do take alot of damage, but I soon heal it off

I used to use the burn + patron immob trick, but I found that by the time I've pulled my mace out [bad choice? Im not sure] and fired off the burn patch, it would have been quicker to slice 'n' dice with my fire sword :\

The reason I'm going for them is for, mainly, the group immob. This'll work wonders with burn. I'm sure the AoE is pretty decent too. I'm also not a big fan of fly, so I'm sure a 2-3 slotted superjump will do me fine
