Why do you for-eeners wait so long? -
The big problem is that it's Stupid Broken. Rularrruu has a Regen of almost 600 HP/second. He follows you around and attacks through his shield. The cube spawns WILL follow you out if you try to regroup. And, worst of all, because of his retarded *** high Regen, you almost HAVE to have 24 Rads.
It's one thing to make a challenge. It's something else to require 24 specific ATs and Powersets to do it. -
Figures. The 401 is looking for requests, and I got nothing without being selfish and requesting my own stuff be done. *sigh*
Oh well. Keep up the great work, 401!!

Resistance Goggles 3 for Females is no longer in the Costume Creator. I can't load my costume that uses them.

Yup. I had it happen on one of my Praetorians. The area where you first enter Nova was covered, even though I was obviously there.
This is a pic I took of it. It's gotten worse.

Jay is a Developer, not a Mod. The only Mods are Avatea and theOcho (Well, EMPulse, too, but I think she's like, the boss of the OCR team...). However, you want to send a PM to one of the three Arbiters: Kim, Oats, or Curry. Give them a brief description, and link them to this thread. I dunno if I found the right Beta Drivers, but they failed too. Hell, they failed so hard, that when I removed the 460, I couldn't install the drivers for my onboard video. It would start to install, then instantly finish, and say, "No modifications were made to the system". I had to use System Restore, and go back 5 days.
I ended up calling EVGA, and the awesome Tech guy Dave found it odd that the card was hitting temps of 100+. So he set up an RMA for me. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't already have to RMA my new PSU because it was DOA. *sigh* -
I went to pick up chicks. It's where I met The Wife™.

Check the Community Digest. OCRs will post upcoming downtime announcemnets, and new patch notes here on the forums long before they hit the website, if they ever make it there.
I strongly urge everyone to visit the Community Digest and Dev Digest every time they visit the forums. -

Elec/WP was my second 50 Villain. The very best advice I can give is do not play one immediatly after taking a SS/WP Brute to 50. It feels sooo lacking.
That said, for mine, I took every Elec power except Lightning Clap. I defeats the purpose of Rise to the Challenge, IMO. And I took everything except Resurgence and Strength of Will from WP.
I 4-slotted Jacob's Ladder, after I picked it up at 38. 1 Acc, 1 End Red, 1 End Mod, 1 Rech. It drains 9.97% End from whatever it hits, and DeBuffs Recovery by 142.4%.
At 23, Thunderstrike is your AoE power, and Rise to the Challenge is your Taunt, Heal, and ToHit DeBuff Aura. Keep Indomitable Will up and running, and just SMASH!! until everything is dead. -
