Honestly I got their builds and slots and all that where I like them, I'm not bothering to go through the hassle of respeccing them just to put the powers they already have as an inherent. Especially since I'll just get 3 more powers I won't have any slots for and probably don't want that bad.
Ideally, you'd get IF at 2, but from 6 on, if you picked one of the powers from Pool Fitness, IF would "grey out" and be unusable. Maybe one day. -

In general, all my characters have Super Jump and Super Speed. I can get to the mission pretty fast, and once inside, I have max vertical movement.

Today's maintenance is going to take longer than anticipated, due to the post database becoming corrupted. As a result, the forums will be rolled back to their original 2004 status.
All accounts will be rolled back, as well. Any account that did not exist at that time will have to wait the appropriate number of days/months/years before it can be re-registered. -

I've now gone through all of my characters, and I only found 16 of the 44 will end up eventually getting a respec. However, those won't happen for awhile.
