If you dig into the reports, you can see where (for example) the Q2 report shows through end of June.
And sadly, that seems to go with a memory I have from some years back when we were all waiting for something, and were told it would come in Q4, and it showed up around February... *sigh*

NCSoft quarters are the same as calendar quarters, so Q4 is Oct-Dec.

It's coming, "Q4". Problem is, I have no idea when any quarter starts for Paragon Studios.
Here's my Countdown To Street Justice!
- IDF Cosutme Set: We knew this was coming before we even knew about Freedom. And it was a freebie for VIPs! It has arrived!
- Time Manipulation Power Set: The first powerset announced for I21/Freedom. It's a freebie for VIPs! It has arrived!
- First Ward Zone: The new zone announced for I21/Freedom, and free for VIPs. It has arrived!
- Beam Rifle Power Set: This showed up in the Paragon Market with the launch of I21/Freedom. It has arrived!
- Barbarian Costume Set: This was announced at SDCC (I think?), and showed up in the Paragon Market last week. It has arrived!
- Signature Story Arc - Who Will Die? Part 1: One part per month over the next seven months. This showed up last week(?), free for VIPs. It has arrived!
- Circle Of Thorns Costume Set: We found out we'd be getting this shortly after we found out about the revamp to the Circle Of Thorns. It showed up in the Paragon Market this week. It has arrived!
- ???
Titan Weapons? Nope. There's been no Beta Testing of this set, so it's not ready for prime time.
Another Incarnate Trial? No, thank goodness. We got to test all 4 of them during the Closed Beta for Issue 20. The Underground was the last one. If there are more (and I hope not), they haven't been tested yet.
The promised something for Dominators, that caused them to not get anything in the latest round of Powerset Proliferation? Possible, but not probable. Whatever it is hasn't been tested yet.
I dunno what we're gonna get on Tuesday, October 4, but if it's not Street Justice, then I hope like bacon we get it on Tuesday, October 11! -

Every time we go on vacation to Walt Disney World, we always have one day where we eat lunch at Le Cellier in EPCOT's World Showcase.
I fell in love with the cream cheese mashed potatos, and pretzel bread! There's a little place at Hollywood Studios that sells a pretzel dog: It's a hot dog that's wapped up in pretzel bread. We wanted to try it soooo bad, but the place is only open randomly whenever we're not there.

So, what's to stop them from removing their birthday? Or choosing not to display it? Those ARE options right there in the CP...
I say bring 'em back, and make an announcement that if you don't want the info to be known, to go Control Panel > Edit Your Details, and in the second section, either click the Clear button to remove Date Of Birth, or set it to one of the 4 display options.
Ta-da! Privacy Issue resolved!

Gonna add my voice to those saying not to merge the AT forums. It's not as confusing as you seem to think, though adding the suggested (descriptors) wouldn't be a bad thing.
Meanwhile, I'm also going to say that you guys broke the CARP MELEE out of the Calendar. Birthdays are no longer there. Please, either bring back the Birthday listing, or bring back the old Cake icon by the username of someone having a Birthday.
