When you want to export and post a build from Mids' onto the forums, do the following:
Go to Import/Export -> Short Forum Export
In the bottom left corner, check the box beside Export Data Chunk as well as DataLink
In the top right corner, choose phpBB / Zetaboards
Click the Export Now button.
That will put the build export into the Windows Clipboard. Press CTRL and V at the same time to paste it into your post. You'll get something like this:

This means you can get that pesky undescore removed from your name, and a space in place of it. You can also add an apostrophe, if you so desire. Or, you can even totally change your name to something else.
