I know that the Art Panel wasn't uStream'd. However, in the video from the Keynote, it's specifically stated that Nelson (whoever he is, other than a Paragon Studios employee) had a video. My quote comes directly from the video of the Keynote. The aforementioned has not been made available to anyone, and so far, has only been seen outside of Paragon Studios by those lucky few in the Art Panel.
At this point, I'm pretty sure that there is an NDA about stuff from the Art Panel. And that's cool with me, 'cuz I know I'll eventually find out.

I find it... interesting... that I posted this on Thursday night, before I left for a weekend getaway, and return to find no posts from those at the Powers Panel, and no Redname posts.
That leads me to the conclusion that the Powers Panel was an NDA thing, and those who went can't say anything. (And that would also explain why it wasn't uStream'd...). -

"Nelson's made an extended video of that powerset that'll be at the Art Panel this afternoon".
Are there any plans of letting us pleebs who didn't/coudn't go to the Summit see this? Or was it an Advanced Sneak Peek for those at the Art Panel, and we pleebs will have to wait until the Official Release of the video? -

During the initial launch of Titan Weapons tomorrow, if you buy the set, you get the additional 4 models for free. This will continue for a time (I've heard 2 weeks, but don't recall having seen any official statement of duration...). After that time period is up, all future purchases of Titan Weapons will only come with the default 6 models.
At some point in the future, they plan to offer the additional 4 models for sale, apart from Titan Weapons. That point in the future is currently TBD. -
