Found out that NA & EU share the same market servers, so the only split is Hero & Villain. -

"Instantly" is pretty relative here - you have to log out and pass through the character creation screen, then hoof over to the local WW. (The BM in Mercy is really too far away to consider doing this, IMO.) -

You DO know that the Rikti Invasion triggered by a LGTF can spawn as either a Hero OR a Villain Invasion, right? It's totally random what zone gets hit with the invasion...

Question: How will SS/ELA perform against Freakshow? I'm thinking that /ELA should almost negate the damge from Juicers, while providing some decent Resistance to the Smashing and Lethal attacks from the rest of the Freaks... -
First, you are trying to pre-purchase Going Rogue, not pre-order. There is a difference. Pre-purchase being when you pay the entire sum up front, and Pre-order being you make a down payment up front, and pay the rest later.
Secondly, the PlayNC Store will only allow you to make so many transactions per credit card, per 24 hour period. Supposedly, there's a set limit, but if that's the case, the system is ignoring that limit...
Once the system determines that you have reached the limit, it won't allow you to make any more purchases for 24 hours from your last attempt. So, if you tried at 11:00 AM today, you would have to wait until 11:00 AM tomorrow. If you tried again at 1:00 PM today, the timer would reset, and you would have to wait until 1:00 PM tomorrow.
I won't be surpised if someone comes in and says that the way I said it works is incorrect. It may be. I'm basing it off of what I've read, and what personally happened to me when I tried to add the Science and Martial Arts Super Boosters to both of my accounts. -

Yes, there is a power named Mental Training. It is a part of the Widow Teamwork selection of powers, available to you after you have done the Level 24 Forced Respec. The power is available at Level 22.
