Yay!! I got hit with this bug, too!! Logged in my main account, which just hit 48 months last week, and got the 51 and 54 month Vet Rewards.

Maybe they're trying to make up for all the screwups, and non-rewarding problems?

At least they're items I won't miss (too much) when they're removed...

Seriously, though. I've had to petition for my last 3 Vet Rewards, and all three times, I told them that the system is broken, and needs to be fixed...

Aye, Mercy is dead. I sent a PM about it to ArbiterKim. Still waiting for a reboot of Mercy/TR02...

It's OK. It happens. The important things were that I had fun, and that you got the footage to make another awesome video!!

Then at this point, I would suggest sending a PM to Arbiter Kim, giving him a brief description of the problem, and linking him to this thread. He should contact the correct people, and hopefully, we can get an answer/fix.

Confirmed? No. It comes from the fact that at the start of the I17 CB, some players found their Stalkers (I think it was Stalkers, anyway...) suddenly had access to the Hero Epic Pools. It only affected one AT, and apparently was fixed pretty quickly.

Since then, it's been speculation that we'll have to use the opposite side's Epic Pools when we switch, which I hope isn't the case. I really hope GR will bring standard Epic Pools to Villains, in addition to the existing Patron Pools, and bring Heroic Patron Pools to Heroes, in addition to the existing Epic Pools. Frankly, I strongly dislike the Villain Epics, because they're not on par with the Hero ones.

I use a custom popmenu bound to TILDE to bring up a list of my chat tabs, and then use tabselect to switch between them. Been doing that for about 6 months now. I <3 /popmenu.

Question, JayboH: Before it started "fixing" the files, did you get a pop-up with an error about something like C:\Program Files (x86)\CohTest/cohupdater.exe? Notice the / in the path, which should be a \ instead?

I had that happen when the Dual Pistols CB started, and I'm running a Win7 64-Bit machine. I closed the patcher, and restarted it, and it started verifying and fixing files. I left it running for 2 or 3 hours before I got royally pissed, and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, I checked it before I left for work, and it was still fixing. When I got home, it was finished, and I was able to log on to Test just fine until the I17 CB.

When the CB started, I got the exact same error. This time, though, I just let the updater sit there, with the error box on the screen, for about 10 or 15 mins. I don't remember what they were, but the box had 2 options. I think one was to continue. I did that, and it started verifying and fixing the files without me needing to restart, but it also took maybe 30 mins. to do.

If you can, just leave it running with nothing else running for as long as you can. It should eventually fix itself. Eventually. :|

What's the total for Hero badges, now? I was expecting more Explore Badges because of what the I17 Overview page says:

New Badges: Along with adding badges for 500 Badges Earned, 750 Badges Earned, and 1,000 Badges Earned, we are adding new exploration badges to city zones, almost doubling the number of exploration badges. You can learn new Accolades for finding all of the exploration badges in each city zone.

I think I was still a little too far to the side from Positron for the sweep at the end of Part 1. Ah well.

When you right-click on the icon on your desktop, you should see the word Properties at the very end of the menu that pops up:



Clicking on it should open this window:


If it doesn't look like that, can you please post a screenshot of what your Properties window for the shortcut looks like?

If you find that the amount of Total Paid Time is less than the amount of Veteran Rewards Time, it's because the free months that come with boxed sets count towards Veteran Rewards Time, but not Total Paid Time.
