Quote:*points up* It's 10. I still lurvs ya, though.I think you can select up to 9 items (someone correct me if it was changed).

I have a popmenu I created that lets me set up my Monitor, as well as load my Windows, Options, and Chat based on Hero/Villain Faction, and then load the binds file I pre-created for the character. I always monitor the same 10 items from 1-49:
1) Current Hit Points
2) Current Endurance
3) Regeneration Rate
4) Recovery Rate
5) Endurance Consumption
6) Damage Bonus
7) Recharge Time Bonus
8) Experience To Next Level
9) Inf(luence/famy)
10) Experience Debt
Once I hit 50, I replace Experience To Next Level with ToHit Bonus.
Also: Memphis Bill makes some great guides. I'd recommend anyone interested in the ones he offers to look them over. ;thumbsup -
Installed the non-installer version, and found that nothing had changed.

I was sure I did it right, since I've done numerous things like this before...
Downloaded the installer, and checked the directory. That's when I saw what the problem was:
The Non-Installer version points to data\texture_library\GUI\Icons\Enhancments. You forgot an 'e' in the directory name. Ooops!! -
Sorry I died.

I now believe I'm fated to never get any Master Of badge. *sigh* -
Open your Powers window (P by default, unless you rebound the P key to something else, or Menu -> Powers). At the top of the window, it will say Combat Monitor (or Combat Attributes. I forget which).
That will bring up the interface that will let you select up to 10 items to monitor by right-clicking and selecting Monitor. -
If I were the head of a megacorp like Apple or Microsoft of Sony, for my next major announcement, I'd make the URL be 500 characters long, so that people couldn't tweet it.
I'd also pay off tinyurl and similar sites to not allow my announcement URL to be shortened.
What? I'd be an evil ******* in charge of an evil megacorp. What'd you expect me to do? -
Lolanimé. It exists so people with ****** drawing skills can make a buck.

I use a pop menu for getting name info. Option 1 will run /getglobalname $target. Option 2 will run /beginchat getlocalname. Option 3 will run /beginchat getglobalname.
I don't use Option 2 very much. Option 3 comes in handy if the person isn't in the same zone as me (i.e. they zoned before I could get the info).
I have I bound to /info to pull up the info window for any selected target. -

IT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE!! -
Quote:It's a, "What If?" question. Something that almost can't actually happen. Therefore, none of your evasion garbage matters. It's an invalid question, because it assumes that your path in life is fixed and would always play out the same way over and over again - it dosen't allow for Corporal Hitler being 3 minutes late one day and missing a bus he actually caught, taking the next one instead, and ending up sitting opposite a gorgeous Jewish girl that he falls totally in love with.
It assumes that every second of every hour of every day of every week of every month of every year of someone's life would always play out exactly the same way every time - that everyone's just a robot going through the motions, with no free will at all, and no element of chance or randomness in their life at all. -
NUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!! D000000000000000MMMMM!!!

Yes. Someone who just came back to the game with a new account sent both of my accounts a @Global Friend invite. The one I was logged in to got the pop-up immediatly, and my other one got it as soon as I logged it in.

Quote:Didja like how GG refused the answer the question? That example only works if you assume that everyone has their life worked out in advance, and that they'll always become the same person, no matter what happens.Quote:@GG
Going to make an absurd example. Its a for the greater good question and as i'm writing i'm not quite sure if I would. But here is the question.
Think of a world without Hitler. Suppose you or your character GG (I do remember that you have stated that your avatar GG is pretty much yourself, but i'll give the possibility of separate)...
Suppose you or your character was able to go back in time, maybe even to the first world war when Hitler was just a corporal, you had a chance to take down Hitler... would you have done so. Even if you took the guise of a soldier for the other side, would you have taken a rifle or anything.. aimed it at Hitler for a killing shot and pulled the trigger?
In the hope that the Nazi movement would be halted and maybe the second world war and Holocaust might never have happened.
Would you have pulled the trigger for this greater good to save 6 million from the death-camps and countless more who died on the battlefield?
(Ok, it may not have worked out, due to another major player... Stalin, but lets just think of Hitler? And Europe as we know it today would most likely have been different.)
It is a What If scenario, but thought I'd ask.
Yeah, she'll never answer a question like that, because she knows that it'll make her look like the hypocryte she is. -
Oh!! That's supposed to be a cigar, not a red dot & yellow dot. NOW it maeks sense!!
And this is AY's avatar:

No idea who it is. -
Actually, it's pretty self explanatory.
The first column, Handle, is the Global Name of a player. The @ isn't listed in front of it, but that's their @Global.
The second column, Status, lets you know if someone is online or offline. If they are offline, it says OFFLINE. However, if they're online, it lists the name of the character they're currently logged in with.
If you click the little arrow in the bottom right corner, the window expands, and adds some extra columns.
Shard is the Server they're playing on.
Map is the type of map they're on: Zone, Mission, Arena, Base.
Level, Archetype, Origin, and Team Size are what they say they are.
Note that if any of your friends have changed their @Global, your Global Friends list will show the new @Global, and unless you recognize the new @Global, or the name of the character listed under Status, you may not know who the person is.
There have been a few times I've seen a "new" name in my Global Friends list, and had to send a tell asking, "Umm... who are you again?".
