Well, joking aside, this seems like a very nice thing to do.

The fact that there are hundreds of players on Justice who have literally been to hundreds of raids under the various Hami incarnations certainly helps.
It also helps that we have had so many people willing to lead raids...this means there are always new experienced people there, and new people are constantly welcomed in rather smoothly.
Also, I think we can all agree...Champions = lawlz
