Ok so I've been around here for quite some time. Mostly lurking. Anyway finally decided to post some art.

Here's something I did awhile back. Actually got featured in the scoop.

Oh nice art First one looks really good.

Cool pieces all, I escpecially like the 2nd one with the green circular eyes (like they are goggles?).
The way you did the tattered cape almost in the shape of wings is really dramatic and also Captain Quebec looks great too.

Great stuff!

That reaper costume of the second one is one of the coolest costumes I've seen. What's amazing is that you can pick out all the relevant CoX costume pieces, but the way it's drawn and put together makes it look like something you'd see in an actual comic book.

I remember seeing the first one in The Scoop, great action shot. And I love the pose on the third one (Roxy) nice work on the hands.

Digging this last one a lot, has an almost Nakayama-ish feel to it. The others I can see the Anime influences in your coloring, I wish I could draw hands as easily as you seem to... keep em coming please!

Thanks LJ! Sorry to say I have no idea who that is. Anime as been a huge influence in my art for sure. I think you draw great hands.

Umm I'm sure someone can point you in the right DN direction, he had a thread here about 2 months ago. Suffice to say, he was one of the original artists who drew the COH comic back in the day. He has since moved on to Marvel fame, and done a couple of Hulk issues. You'd like him I'm sure.

Its funny not one minute after I replied to your comment LJ. I went to my DA page and had a reply from him. I remember now, he was the one who was doing all those marker sketches. Great stuff!

I think I commented on one of his marker sketches, he just said "thanks". Just thought it was weird. After saying I didn't know him. Then getting a reply from him in my inbox.

I adore The second! Im a sucker for black with little hints of colour, gosh they are so wonderful..Little jealous of your skills over here.
