i got it on my brute too, tactics is awesome for base raids and warburg, dosn't really matter much in sirens, but it's still handy with some more perception.

thought heal could be interrupted? which, if it can, would make it a weeee bit pointless when you're a brute

does scrappers get anything similar to fury? cuz they sure do a [censored] of damage in pvp

does that mean no cookies?

do what i did, make a new stalker, lvl him up to 22, get tired of him, log back on your old stalker and experiencing how much more fun he is to play
