Actually, for defenders the Psi Mastery pool would be much better with 2 holds: Talekinesis that is a toggle, so no need to spam it, toggle and forget, and Dominate wich is the one to spam
I'll also ask the rad team to toggle Radiation Infection on, to help floor his defence and make everyone able to hit him even without Acc enhance in the holds due to him having no defence and the multiple stacked tactics. -

I can outdamage a blaster any day with my WS, but after a nuke I'm left with 85% resistance to all types of damage and full end and health..
On a map full of Psi foes (mother Mayhem or the Psi clocks)there's nothing as powerful as an Eclipsed WS
Honestly I see your point talking of PBs(not any offence meant)because they're kinda low damage scrappers in human form and they perform a lot worse than a WS in shapshifts..
But a properly played tryform WS can be astounding, seeing is believing tho -

Hamidon is basically a big bad blob, that takes 100+ heroes to take down and a lot of efforts.
Sorry but lvl 18 is indeed far too low, not because I don't want you but because you can't phisically enter the zone in wich he's in, unless you're lvl 45+.
The main reason to try and take him down is because he drops and enhancement that gives a bonus to 2 aspect of a power, (damage and accuracy, accuracy and range and so on).

Well spotted, in fact, I hope we won't need even those because of the AM res to mez effects, if anything else fails, I'll have a bubbler(and only one)to turn on Dispersion Field to keep us mez free. -

you want 2 recharges in there, its faster for stacking holds. Lets do a little experiment about slotting holds. 2 acc 3 hold 1 recharge or 2 acc 1 hold 3 recharges? Which one gets through mez protections first?, the 1 with recharges 5secs+5secs+5sec+5secs is much faster than 10secs+10secs+10secs+10secs, and stacking potential is about the same.

Lets take a time out to discuss travelpowers. Having a travel power is your best protection from melee and you way to run if things are bad for you. There is no reason to fight if your completly debuffed, IMO fight when its good for you, not on your opponents terms.
So what do we need from this, well if your fighting a guy like Chives, who has absolutly no jumps you just siphon speed him if your health is getting low and run the hell out of there to recharge your powers if the fight is going wrong. The problem is this tactic can also be used against you, movement slows are very very nasty in this came and jumping arround allmost negates them, so you prolly want some kind of jump power. Fly and Running are easily stopped. But there still is a few powers with - jump so its normal for people to have a back up. So you have 2 options, forgetting about IR and gettin combat jump, superjump and acrobatics or taking IR and getting other powers. Believe me you want 1 of those.
In general you want to have 2 travelpowers in PvP, 1 main and 1 backup if the first one gets one of the counters on it. If you want hover, perhaps go IR and hover and skip ss.

I'm gone with just hover cos it's both vertical movement and KB Protection, also it stacks with Syphon Speed and gives a nice and fast travel power..

Skip the slow, it only affects movement slows and its good enough from the base value. This power is mostly to enhance your own recharge and to stop non jumpers from getting away. I would prolly change the slow to a range.

The slow in here boosts both my running speed and the slow debuff on the target, so it cripples SSeder and gives me a nice unsuppressed running bonus.

This is one of those powers that are superb for teams and would be awesome if you have slots for it. 1 range is a minimum. Buffing in PvP with people running all over the place demands ranges. Best slotting is 3 dam res 2 range 1 recharge. Then if you start needing slots you go take the 3 dam out first, then the recharge then the range.

I thought of it but as said before, the difference between 1 and 2 recharge is more than 5 seconds if Hasten and Syphon Speed are down so I'd like to keep it as it is, need to test it tho..

The slots in Transference I think they won't be changed cos IF and only IF I have _both_ Hasten AND Syphon Speed running I can get the recharge you mentioned but since Hasten ain't perma and Syphon Speed can miss if they're both down the difference in the recharge is 5-6 seconds between 1 recharge and 2.

Strange, everything i have ever heard about mental blast has been awful. Is it different in the troller epics as i know that /psi defenders usually feel quite resentful at having to take it at lvl 1.

For a PvE controller, fire epic is the only thing to even consider, fireball with containment is so good it's not even funny, the blast is great, shield is decent, and consume is good or great depending on your secondary.

If you think that Fireball does less damage than Pési Tornado you have the picture of Psi epic...
My favorite is Psi, no doubt.
Mez resistance, cool looking shield and the best attack you can hope for a troller.
Fire is also very good for damage, from Primal Forces the only power worth picking is Power Boost wich is VERY useful on a mez heavy troller like yours, the blast does pants damage, the shield only has res to Smash and Lethal and Conserve Power is a bit MEH on a troller...
You can get Fire to have lots of damage straight away, then respec to Psi whne you're 47-48 to get the best epic pool for trollers(imo)

From what I can see, if you want to PvP with a troller the only way to go is Psi, Indom Will can save you lots of times and save you loads of BF slots in the insp tray on wich you can put something else. -

You have AM, Fossilize, Volcanic Gasses and maybe EMP Shockwave, right? Not asking for Choking Cloud since it's a bit rubbish for a troller, but those powers are all more than welcome -
I think the cap for it is 10, never seen more buff icons with a single kineticist on the team.
