Aright i was looking at the build and i tried reslotting stamina and QR a couple of different ways and none of them changed my recovery enough for it to be noticable. Is there any other reccomendations on how to improve its end?

I would like to get into PvP but I have never succesfully created a good PvP build on any game ever. I would like to play blue side and have melee toon. So basically all i want is a begginer build and I will move on from there.

One last question: an in-game friend of mine made a Ice/Rad and IOed him at lvl 50 for approximately 150 mil which is fairly cheap. He is able to do everything you mentioned a Ice/Rad is capable of doing above. Is it possible to perfect an Earth/Rad at aorund the same price?

I want to know which one has the stronger holds. My secondary is going to be rad regardless of which primary i pick. If you guys could give me advice on which one has the stronger holds and/or mixes best with rad.

Well, when i made this thread I didn't exactly have base raids nor the Items of Powers, I was directing this thread at the CoP trial itself. I would like to try a trial that involves up to 3 teams and is relatively tough. I would love to try something like that out with my SG mates. It would be extremely fun in my opinion. What some of you are bringing up is the base raids and I agree it would not be worth it so i would be fine with doing this trial for merely a badge. I play this game for the game itself not the reward so the IoP would not be something worth have enemys potentially destroy my base.

Anyways, it is so far a toss up between /mental and /fire. I'd prefer to stay away from any major aggro as described in Fulmens post. I prefer to team on squishys some I'm sort of leaning torwards /mental. -
I'm thinking of rolling a fire blaster and am trying to find a good secondary but i just can't (WARNING: this is my first blaster). I've had my share of experiences with EM in the past and would rather avoid it.
