Looking to build a high single target DPS dominator. I know there was a 400+ DPS build around here somewhere but in all my searching i couldnt find it but this is what i came up with.

Hail of Bullets reminds me of a cheesey anime where some overly flashy and dramatic character dances around a lot and then fails to do absolutely anything. That's the immediate impression I got from that power. Somebody considerably failing to look cool. -

So with my current DP/NRG blaster up to level 33, i've decided to start with the IO's I could slot at that level. But one nagging question has been bugging me. Has anyone slotted the Achille's Heel Proc into their Empty Clips attack and if slotted does it only proc with standard rounds or can it also proc with Incendiary/Cold/Toxic rounds?
Or would this be better in the market & invention forums? -
I'm thoroughly enjoying my rad/mental blaster. With set bonus' I have made a soft-capped to s/l def and high recharge build. But near perma capped recovery/regen/hit point combined with high defense will be very nasty to see not to mention the crowd control that /mental provides through WoC and the stun in PSW.

While frankenslotting is effective, most of the better set bonus' come from slotting 4 or more of a single set is relatively more effective. You can throw out Acrobatics, it isn't needed and just slot for KB protect through sets. I recommend getting only one travel power, and since it appears you want to cap range defense obviously that gets rid of super jump. Since combat jumping and hover are mutually exclusive, you cannot have both active, they are only there for set bonus'
Also at a rough estimate you are probably looking at spending at least 600 million infamy, but depending on how you use the market it can go upwards of 800 mill easy. -
Remember that freaks are getting an xp nerf in i16. Therefore while still a great mission it's not the best xp/min. Might be worthwhile for energy damage dealers though.

I received 31 generic recipes, and 6 Set IOs (one hetacomb: chance for NE)
124 Salvage -
Ran a Lib set for 8 no bosses, got 11 recipe drops only three of those weren't generics. Also received 52 salvage.

Personally I hope that it is a bug and not WAI.
At my best guess the game might give you the influence and xp for all defeated mobs but the actual drops may only be off of the mobs that would have originally spawned for one person, using the current system. This might explain the lack of drops. Or seeming lack of drops. -

What is the best slotting?
At the moment I have a Positron Blast set in it. But I realized that if someone proc's out this power and the proc has a chance to fire for every vine created, it could be turned into a very nasty damage dealing power.
So my question is keep the positron blast set in it or proc this baby out?
