Rad/Elec would work. I LOVE Electric for blapping. IMO it's a better blapping set than Energy.
Unlimited end due to Power Sink, a melee hold, Lightning Field has a huge radius (not recommended unless you like lots of agro) and Charged Brawl and Havoc Punch do slightly more damage than their Energy counterparts.

Im currently running up a rad/fire blaster thats hell on wheels
All AoE blappin.
Neutron bomb to start, rush in with irradiate + fire sword circle. Most mobs are dead at that point.
Blazing aura + hotfeet for passive aoe damage. It gets kinda silly.
If I have a tank with me its basically game over for mobs.
This is strictly a team pve toon. I shudder at the thought of running her solo.

Granted mine is only on 28, but I'm fine solo. And I figure it would only get better as I get higher.
But, yeah, I think that rad/fire is a great combo, especially for teams because the aoe damage is really insane

I'm thoroughly enjoying my rad/mental blaster. With set bonus' I have made a soft-capped to s/l def and high recharge build. But near perma capped recovery/regen/hit point combined with high defense will be very nasty to see not to mention the crowd control that /mental provides through WoC and the stun in PSW.
I went rad/fire also. Love the AoE output.

I've played a few blasters and am currently loving my arch/dev blaster..but being a quasi altaholic it's always good to have another toon waiting in the wings to be played and seeing as how I've never played a radiation anything I was thinking of going rad/ for a blaster. My question is what would ya'll suggest as a secondary? I don't have any experience blapping but I'm willing to try it, I was thinking of rad/elec but wasn't really sure.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated
