So with my current DP/NRG blaster up to level 33, i've decided to start with the IO's I could slot at that level. But one nagging question has been bugging me. Has anyone slotted the Achille's Heel Proc into their Empty Clips attack and if slotted does it only proc with standard rounds or can it also proc with Incendiary/Cold/Toxic rounds?
Or would this be better in the market & invention forums?

It will work regardless of what ammo type you have selected.
