Blight, you don't have a 'uber' video card, but the thing I notice the most is all the extra sevices and browser helpers you have running in the background! These steal valuable space and resources from CoH. I would disable or delete as many as you can. (This will probably make your puter run faster, too.) I'd close these down first:

(Try turning these off, just to see if it helps)
With those off, you may be able to set world/character detail to 100% and get a very pretty game without much lag or glitches.

Having loose bowel syndrome

All of my toons are on Triumph, and there are a lot...I have 2 accounts. Every 3 days, I log onto every one and drop a mish. I enjoy every one of them. I play particular ones depending on my mood, as I have every powerset. I love the variety. At times, I will take my healer, go invisible and fly around Atlas/The Hollows and heal lowbies from afar. (love doing that.) My all time favorite will always be the very first one I ever created in 2004....Healix.

I have a few 50s, and took them all through the arc to open the alpha slot. Last night I noticed that one does not have it unlocked. I hit Oro, thinking perhaps I could go through the process again, but Mender responds like I already did the missions. Anyone else have this happen? Not a game breaker for me, but she earned her slot and I'd like her to have it.

My wisp aura is showing up.

Just for the heck of it, I compared the old and new versions. There are really some nice differences. The globe is more rounded, the face and body look more 'real, and the blocky hands are relaced...there are fingers. Bravo devs.

Being able to solo for incarnate stuff is good on SO many levels. For folks who solo due to choice or reasons of time constraints (timezones, work, school)...win. For folks who play on older puters and wind up with a slideshow when on 8+ teams...win. I have always liked choices, and I fully endorse solo incarnate stuff.

Thanksgiving Day comes, by statute, once a year; to the honest man it comes as frequently as the heart of gratitude will allow.

You might also try turning Geometry Buffers off the on again. A couple of times, there has been a strange 'bar' that appeared in a spot when at a certain angle. Doing that action cleared it right up.

I am sad that they no longer work (like the trams.) The one in PI was the first set of doors on the right after exiting the ferry and walking a short way, and the other was the little guardhouse on the right after you enter the Hollows, next to the fence. These were SOOOOOOOO handy...I wish those had been permanent.

This makes me so happy, the thought of being able to solo the incarnate stuff! So many times, I can't be on when other do ITs, or my old puter can't handle more than an 8-man team withput becomming a slideshow. Hats off to the devs for giving the solo players a vote.

First off, welcome Crossfire! As a seven year vet, I can tell you it is a fun game!. There are many people here who can and will help you with different suggestions, but I think you will need to provide more info for them. Can you post a DxDiag to see if your puter/video card is compatable? Also, run the CoH Helper and post results.
