Yes - I was busy scaring myself half to death playing F.E.A.R. and The Movies for a week after the regular holiday. So if you sent a PM and haven't heard back yet - give me a few days.

Issue 7 - Tentative plan for releasing the "Feature Update" to the website is mid February - so you might as well settle in for about a month of waiting unless a dev decides to drop some hints.

Of course you already know I7 includes 40-50 content for CoV, and as with every update more art updates, missions, and quality of life features. The other items in I7 will be revealed when we get the Feature Update.

Damn straight flamethrowers is inhumane... doesn't it throw fire at a temperature at literally cook and boil your insides on contact? When you're hit with that thing, you stay covered in flames, even if you drop and roll and it takes smothering the flames to put it out.

It's a bit obvious that finding a fire blanket to cover yourself while you're buring is the farthest thing on your mind.

Hrmm, this "Trapping ghosts" thing for Veluta.... is that used with a Temp power or straight-out defeating them? I talked to her and she told me point blank that I "scarecely defeated any ghosts" blah blah... Whacked a few dozens ghosts and still the same message so I assume there's a mechaism to make her start giving out missions?

If so, I’m glad you brought it up. Earlier I did want to touch on the dangers it dramatically highlighted but thought those were actually tangential to the main body of my original message.

The Zig clearly showed how very, very dangerous it is to live in a City where the 4th estate has been taken over by one group of recklessly powerful people and where reporters cannot publish in journalistic freedom.

When honest reporters like Jackson Turner can be “disappeared” to vanish without a trace because they anger the “powers that be” and when a Psychic can read & control the very minds of those who dissent or who have different opinions, then the only story that gets out is the story that the Statesman wants you to hear.

Ask the people who were there what really happened. A force of Longbow, an assassination squad, attacked the Zig causing mass chaos & panic. They were blowing the place up with explosives, firing their guns indiscriminately into the crowds, and were turning a house of incarceration in to a slaughterhouse. Fleeing citizens reported hearing them say “kill anyone that might grow into a threat the Statesman.”

Do those convicted deserve to spend their allotted time behind bars? Of course they do, no question there. But can any para-military group be allowed to simply bust in and kill as many convicts and police witnesses as they want? I know that you know the murder of a person is a crime, no matter that person’s legal status.

One (1) Arachnos pilot was flying overhead and saw the mayhem. He stopped to save as many of the targets as he could… and suddenly the Statesman has an excuse to go ballistic on the Rogue Isles because of a Lord Recluse "airlift"? Classic deception and use of the situation to his advantage. Or maybe he had the whole thing planed all the way though.

Well, i know Synapse was played by the coolness that is Captain Mako. He roleplayed his character pretty well with Synapse's Screams of Pain(tm). He also asked States to throw him at the Villians.

I didn't see anything that indicate thet Natural Origin heroes were suddenly powerless. I would guess that the reason why they were.... "valiently advancing in the opposite direction" is because some of their friends got wasted and this is probably the first time they've been faced with REAL death of heroes. Who's to say what you would do in that situation? This is when true heroes arise from the masses.

Seriously kick-butt. I like the way Recluse seems to be working behind the shadows.
