Quote:It was definitely an enjoyable arc. The custom characters and the NPC dialog are well thought out and very entertaining.Thank you Outlaw Woman and the Sisterhood for hosting another fun event.
And thank you PW for this finely crafted arc. It was my first time running this arc. Good story and nice dialog. I had a great time.
Thanks again,
Paul

Quote:I am off all weekend! Yay me!I may have to work Saturday, but I will be here to join in whenever it is that I am home, be it 1st thing in the morning or later after work.
I'll be around for this event, the Sisterhood "Friends of Fire" event and anything else happening on Saturday! -
Supergroup Name: The Sisterhood
Website: www.sisterhoodcoh.com
Leader or Recruiting Officers: Leaders are Green Eyed Lady (@Gel or @Gelly) and Outlaw Woman (@Outlaw or @LizzyRose), Recruiting Officers are all of our Sisters!
Preferred Method of Contact: In-Game, CoX Forums, PM, SG Website
Group Description:
One of the oldest SuperGroups in all of CoH! We are a thematically female group, we only accept female heroes but many of our members are male in RL. We are hosts to the SisterhoodFriends global channel, we encourage everyone to join the channel regardless of whether they apply for membership or not.
We place all new recruits at the lowest rank and promote up to the 2nd rank after we know you better.
Base Features: all zone teleporters, hospital, all crafting stations, salvage vault access, shared salvage storage, shared DO, SO, IO, and invention storage, shared inspiration storage, inspiration store, ourboros mission pillar and mission computer.
We have a lot of fun in game and on our website forums. We don't isolate ourselves within our SuperGroup, rather we fully encourage getting out and about with our fellow citizens of Liberty and doing the heroic thing. The Sisterhood hosts some reoccuring events and we have spontaneous events all of the time. We encourage teaming and never push anyone to level faster or slower. We have a lot of friends in the previously mentioned global channel and we encourage all of our members to be courteous and helpful to anyone in channel. -

It was a truly powerhouse gathering of Heroes.
Liz mentioned the "wow" factor of who she was teamed with. I told her that it was a pretty awesome team and that we were mostly just a group of old friends running something we all wanted. Her reply was one of incredulity, "All of you don't know you're legendary, do you?"
Speaking for me, I guess I don't, but I surely hold those that I teamed with on the Master of the 5th TF in that regard. They awe and impress and I am lucky to know them. -
This is Liz's article on our level 44-50 Terra Volta Respecification Trial The Sisterhood ran for The Sisterhood Sunday Event.
This week's Sisterhood Sunday Event was The Third Respec Trial.
We were a little faster this week about getting the teams formed and actually starting the task force. I guess practicing does help.
At this weeks event we had sixteen people in Perigrine Island ready to run the Respec Trial. We formed up into 2 full teams and we were off....
Team #1 - Finishing with a time of 1 hour, 9 minutes and 30 seconds.
Green Eyed Lady on Cindergella
Paul Metcalfe on Pygmy Hedgehog
Frazier on NovaCain
Tinkerbel on Pett
Sceria on Ayame Makka
Dess on Blood Nagineta
Lt. Joe on Frozen Joe
Outlaw Woman on Hotlaw
Team #2 Our race winners came in with a finishing time of 1 hour, 2 minutes and 18 seconds.
American Valor on Kid Valor
Star Blazer on Eternally Charmed
Runiko on Runiko
Night's Dawn on Nature's Boon
Lamorak on Lamorak
PeaceMack on DeathSting
Doc Hornet on Doc Hornet
New Age Korin on Shockhead Psycho
Once again we want to thank everyone that came out to support our Sisterhood Sunday Event. Be sure to check The Sisterhood's Web Base calendar at www.sisterhoodcoh.com for the fun we have planned for next week and the following weeks. -

Without a doubt, one of the biggest keys to a successful online society is an active and robust forum community. Without active forums interest wanes and groups die on the vine, so to speak.

You are exactly right, Steel. Random means random. I have never complained about my personal purple drought, I was just tossing in my experience on the YMMV merry-go-round.

Quote:I know exactly what you mean, Lam.I made my very first character ever on Liberty (Lamorak),and never looked back. I know that all the servers are technically "the same" but I can tell the difference.
Liberty is home and always will be.
Lam
All of the maps, zones......everything you know in CoX, is identical on all servers. But whenever I am logged onto a server other than Liberty I feel like a stranger in a strange town. Nothing looks or feels familiar. The urge to go "home" is always on my mind and I am never happy until I am back on Liberty. -

Well wishes and solemn prayers to you and yours, Crymson Tyde.

Quote:Yes!Definately interested, but I don't currently have anything high enough to meet the minimum. Anyone wanna help?
I can be reached at @Gel or @Gelly. I am online nearly every evening, 25 out of 30 every month, around 5:00 - 5:30 PM Pacific Time and I will run with you until our eyes bleed and we get you to 44! -
The Sisterhood Sunday Event TFs and Trials have been wonderful. The support and participation from our fellow citizens of Liberty has been great. It reminds me a lot of the earlier days when strangers became friends quickly and life was bustling on the server.

Quote:I agree with T Girl and with you, Steele. Civility is nothing more than basic manners.I agree with Tax E. You should treat others the way you want to be treated. I'll go even further, you should treat others with respect even if you don't care about that for yourself. It's simple human decency. If you can't do that... there's something wrong with you.
