After a very heavy night of drinking, MissFire staggared down one of the alleyways in Kings Row, nearly clooiding with a pole. Staggering back, she looked at it in her somewhat confused state before noticing the poster attached. "Hey cool! Looks like a laugh"

Well, as for being on tomorrow, I certainly am going to be, as probably will be Ammon and Romanov, although I would not wish to speak for them.

As for the costume, I think that High Burn's most noticabe feature would be hear strikingly green hair

My controller is seriously bugged by tankers and brutes - his mind control powers don't seem to work, or, when they do, they don't last...

My materminds arn't fans of controllers and blasters. Controllers because they can neutralise their most effective weapons (minions), and blasters because of their AoE attacks

Well, I'm on there, although I don't put up art very often. I'm working on somethignat work now, but I'm not entirely happy with it...

High Burn's personal journal

This sure has been one crazy week. Not two days of getting back into Paragon City, and I'm getting ambushed by those damn Vaz zombies again! Only, this time, they were much bigger. And I mean, humungeous! Biceps bigger than my head, and all that stuff...

I don't know. Seems like just recently, we've started becoming the hunted and not the hunters anymore. And it's not the little people who are coming after us. I don't know what Bast an the other guys stirred up with the Lost, but one of their big guys with the freaky psychic powers came after me. Managed to beat him down, but he didn't say anything other than all that rhetoric they always spout.

Big embarrassment though. Just as soon as I cleared out of the ambush, I walked straight into another! Vaz again! And I wasn't prepared.

Suffice to say, I staggared into Pocket D a few hours later all black and blue. And met Richard. Not a typical guy, being dead and all, but he's kinda cool. And he gave me a book. I've been studying it for days, and think I'm getting the hang of this magic thing. Straight from skeptic to practitioner, who would have guessed it?

I got a call through from Carl a couple of days ago. We had a long chat. Longer than I've had for ages! We talked about everything, but it was serious. We both felt we were at the right stage, and are officially going out! I'm so happy I could explode! He said he was heading to Oaks to chek some stuff out to do with Hyperion Star, so I deciped I'd tag along, just to keep an eye on the big lug.

But yeah. Few days later and I met up with Carl again in D. We chatted a while, and, uhh, other stuff. But it was all good. He took me out to the greatest resturant in Steel Canyon! I was absolutly stuffed by the time we left! And it was on to Carl's place after. I won't go into any details here, but I havn't felt like this in, well, forever. And I mean it

Ok, just to check that everyone is still up for today at 9pm.

You'll be glad to know that i'm feeling an awful lot better than I did last week, and so shall not bow out after one mission. That is unless something unforseen occurs, such as a localised meteor strike apon my house, power outage, severe dose of plague, or some other event...

Oh, and I still got dibs on designing the base! 8D

Marina sat in the one deacent chair that the Watchmen had, and stared at the screen of the laptop in front of her. It was on the page for this new Support Sisters thing that Suzi had mentioned the other day. Already there had been a couple of responses to it, and it wasn't even a week old!

She rested her chin on her hands and siged. Why exactly was she looking at this site? Her mind was made up already. She knew the score, and besides, no-one said that heroics were easy. No-one had said anything. Not even given her the chance to decide for herfelf if she wanted to be empowered, or take the mantle of "hero" on, however reluctantly at first. No, these powers had been thrust apon her and, at the time, it seemed the right thing to do.

She leaned back in the chair and ran a hand through her short green hair. No. Definatly not for her. It's a good prinicple, and she was sure plenty of young heroines would benefit from it, but she was no role-model. The last thing she wanted was to hae two or three impressionable young heroines following her around and trying to learn the tricks of the trade from her. The'd probably get themselves killed, or worse.

She sighed.

What had Miss Teen said? That she didn't have to be on of the supporters, but be one of the supported? No, that's not going to work either. She could pictre the scene now - she and some uberpowerful heroine that everyone knew, and who is unbelievebly close to bringing down the Family, or someone, are in Pocked D. She starts feeling unwell. Flash of light. Pocket D is sealed off for the next 80 years for being an irradiated zone, and all those bright young hopefulls and experienced fighters alike are ruduced to piles of ash.

No. Nothing like that could help her. Not now. And she could do nothing posative for them. Even the Watchmen investigations were slowing down. Just like in the old days, there was only one person Marina could depend on. And that was Marina.

Closing the webpage, she started to search around to the net for Necrotech. Maybe thay still had some walking toasters left....

Personally, Dr Mechanibus doesn't have any "basic" attacks (photon gun/ grenade), and just lets his pets do all the fighting. However, if I need to draw the aggro off of a damaged 'bot, whe Web Blast from his Epic mace powerset helps.

I find that, with mass leadership and forcefield buffs going on, there is little need to get up close and personal

Dr Mechanibus regularly sells his series of "Machanick Men" figures to all good toy stores! 8D

Well, gotta do something with that huge factory he owns....
